Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

CONCERNED CITIZENS?


I'm not sure what this is. It does not appear to have any association with the Concerned Citizens of Coatesville of several years ago.

 I believe that Eric Quick, Sr. who is a candidate for Republican Committeperson for CCRC Area 14 in Coatesville's Second Ward has something to do with this meeting. 

 Keep in mind that Republicans have always and continue to run candidates like Patsy Ray as Democrats. Democrats here can be totally backed, financed and campaigned on the ground in Coatesville by Republicans.  

 At least Richard Legree is no longer the Chairman of CCRC AREA 14.

    His first meeting was in April? So is this a scheme to look involved?

      I don't know what happend at the meeting or even if there was one. I can't find anyone who attended.

      Mr. Quick's candidacy is getting curiouser and curiouser. Like several people that live in Downingtown and claim to live in Coatesville. Single family homes with 5 or so unrelated people renting rooms. I don't think the Republicans endorsed Erik Quick. It they did they will regret it. I think there will be a line up of people that are sorry they are connected with this guy.
