I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

There is a rumor here in Coatesville that someone’s dad is allegedly saying “We won”

“We won” could be interpreted to mean that an accused cocaine dealer got a light sentence.

I think “We won” has a much deeper meaning here in Coatesville.

I think that “We won” could be interpreted to say; with our political influence we beat the Commonwealth Criminal Justice System.

I think that it sends a powerful message to Coatesville residents that says; don’t be going to the police or the DA, that won’t stop us, we control the politics here and politics controls the courthouse.

I think it brings former Area 14 Republican Chairman Richard Legree’s nephew Harvey "Bitsy" Legree’s don’t snitch video "The Sequel" into a much clearer focus.

And I think it reinforces the climate of fear among Coatesville residents.
