Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Former Coatesville City Codes Officer John Clayton Tinson sentenced 5 to 10 years. State Rep, Hennessey’s Office Manager Lisa Johnson pleads guilty

Former City of Coatesville Codes Officer John Clayton Tinson was sentenced 5 to 10 years.

Two counts-"3 35 § 780-113 F Manuf/Del/Poss/W Int Manuf  Min: 5 Year(s) Max: 10 Year(s)"

His girlfriend and partner in crime, Lisa Johnson plead guilty “Deal In Proc Unl Act/Intent To Promote 4 18 § 5111 F1 Guilty Plea” and is awaiting sentencing.

Ms. Johnson is State Representative Tim Hennessy’s Business Manager in his Coatesville office.

She is also Judge of Elections in Coatesville’s Fifth Ward and an Area 14 Chester County Republican Committeeperson.
