Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

National Velodrome Center, LP- Presentation to Coatesville City Council Monday

It’s difficult to build any new commercial development in a country that is just beginning to recover from what was almost a re-run of the Great Depression of the 1930s. Lots of people are out of work or afraid that they soon will be.
It’s not high priced land, or limited investment funds that are keeping new retail stores and office buildings from coming out of the ground; it’s whether there are customers ready to buy the product. And for the most part they are not spending money.
I believe the National Velodrome Center has a customer base, if you will, that is ready and eager to fill a National Velodrome with racers and spectators.  That customer base is national and to a lesser extent worldwide.
And the National Velodrome Center’s primary place of interest at this time is humble, but friendly and photogenic Coatesville, PA.  Wait until the racers see our versions of the Manayunk Wall.
At the City of Coatesville's City Council Meeting of Monday, October 11, 2010 the Regular Action Item Number One is to; “Receive and Consider confirmation for Redevelopment Authority of a ninety day Purchase Option Agreement with the National Velodrome Center, LP, for construction of Velodrome facility on the Flats.”
