Welcome to the Coatesville Dems Blog
Public Corruption in Chester County, PA
I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Judge Hines, Welcome to Coatesville
At least we will never again see Richard Legree hovering over a Judge. Richard allegedly claimed that he could stand next to a magistrate and offer "advice" because he was the "chief constable"; a non-existent position.. Legree allegedly bought the house that the Judge Bicking rented and had her evicted. I believe that Judge Brenda Bicking was the only Coatesville Magisterial Judge that resisted control by Richard Legree.

the man is dead. and you still won't stop talking about him. what a shame
ReplyDeleteI liked to talk to Richard, everyone did, even Federal law enforcement people. I just didn’t like what he did. A lot of people were disappointed at his death; he cannot appear as a witness. But that is beside the point. I was talking about Municipal District Court Judges. Hopefully, the Coatesville PD and the Coatesville Codes Officers will not be frustrated by Greg Hines’ District Court.
