Welcome to the Coatesville Dems Blog
Public Corruption in Chester County, PA
I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Donald McKensie's Resume
Look at the employment dates on McKenzie’s resume.
5 yrs in Cuba at the Naval Base
2 yrs in NY
2yrs at his next job
2 MONTHS at the next one
1 yr at the next
3 MONTHS next
2 MONTHS next,….by now he is allegedly attending college at Neumann.
His next job is for 4 MONTHS and then he doesn’t work anything for 7 months.
The next one is 5 months long, however he has one job overshadowing all the others running from 12-94 thru 12-99 plus he allegedly is still attending college?????
In 2000 he starts with Elwyn, Inc and lasts 5 years during which time he graduated college in 2002.
7 months at this one and he is allegedly getting his MBA from Keller which is an online subsidiary of DeVry
2 months at the next one
3 months as a consulting financial analyst at Boeing
6 months at the next one
Lancaster Regional Medical Center 3-08 until ?
What did he do from 8-07 until 3-08 ??? And that’s his employment history for 21 YEARS?????????? He lasted 5 years only twice in his career and one was on a Naval base.
McKensie enabled Coatesville to buy into 4Gov financial software and little else. Although there is a provision for on site storage I believe the City of Coatesville's financial information is stored online. Changing financial systems is labor intensive. I’ll bet the sales people from the financial services company were thrilled to not have anyone to compete against for the sale. Remember that the during almost the entire time that McKensie was employed as a financial consultant the City’s Financial Director, Ricky Dean was paid to sit at home.
