Actually President Biden could determine that Trump is a threat to the USA and have him imprisoned and executed as an official proceeding.
But Republicans know a Democrat would never do that.
The problem the American people have is that as president Trump WOULD arrest and kill people he has a grudge against like Liz Cheney.
There are many videos some deep into legal terms about the Supreme Court's decision making a new president Trump a dictator.
This one is in simple layman terms:

At a swearing in of Chester County PA elected officials orchestrated by the Chester County Republican Committee in a courtroom of the Chester County Courthouse, I was emotionally transported into the court of some English king, like A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court. All the trappings of an English king’s court were on full display at the Chester County Courthouse.
FROM AN OLD POST:
Our Chester County Aristocracy has been “Considering a Monarchy” for a while now.
I knew a friend of a friend who needed to visit a du Pont he didn't say which du Pont but he went well armed with a Glock in his glove box and a shotgun in the trunk.
John E. du Pont isn’t the only inbred nutcase among the Chester County Aristocracy.
“Tradition Family and Property” has a Chester County link of sorts:

Concerning the “American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property” & Rachel Maddow
I was watching the “The Rachel Maddow Show” Thursday evening. She mentioned an organization that gave me a “flash from the past”.
Rachel Maddow said:
”The one bad experience that I had at CPAC was a guy Yelling at me and getting up in my face and being sort of physically threatening after making a bee line through a crowd directly at me to hand me this flyer. And I said, thank you, who are you? And he yelled right in my face; "we're normal people, what about you! It did not in fact seem like normal people, but more specifically he was from an organization called “Tradition Family and Property” whose booth I sought out later. They say it would be unclean to have gay people in the military and they have this neat-o Welsh looking crest."
Location: The American TFP’s national headquarters is located in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania."
