Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

I’m not against local Democrats and Republicans working together. I oppose Democrats alliance with a scofflaw Republican

Linda Lavender Norris' long time co-worker, convicted crack cocane manufacturer and dealer Lisa Johnson, was PA State Rep. Tim Hennessey’s Office Manager when Hennessey had a Coatesville Office. 

I believe Linda Lavender Norris is a left over from the days when Richard Legree was Chester County Republican Committee Area 14 Chairman.

The "don't snitch" drug culture still hinders murder investigations. 

I'm told that employees at Coatesville City Hall are afraid of Linda Lavender Norris. 

The climate of fear that blankets Coatesville is very much in evidence in the murder trial of Earl Handfield II taking place right now in West Chester, PA. Bitsy Legree was alleged to have produced the “don’t snitch” video mentioned in the Daily Local News article below:

Coatesville City Councilperson Linda Lavender Norris allegedly said on several occasions that she wants to fire Coatesville Police Detective Thompson.  Chief Laufer will not fire Detective Thompson and the Coatesville City Manager is also against firing Det. Thompson. So Linda Lavender Norris evidently wants all three purged from the City of Coatesville.


Why is Linda Lavender Norris so vindictive?

Does she have a grudge against Coatesville Police for arresting her friend and associate the former business manager at Pennsylvania Legislator Tim Hennessey’s Coatesville Office Lisa Johnson for manufacturing and distributing crack cocaine?

Some people occasionally sell drugs temporarily to friends & family to make ends meet. I don’t approve but I can understand. What I can’t stomach is people fighting politically on the side of people who sell drugs to make ends meet.

BOOKMAN BOOTED OFF BALLOT Democrat Deborah Bookman was coached by Republican Linda Lavender Norris. Coatesville, PA


Linda Lavender Norris currently works for State Representative Tim Hennessey in Pottstown a few days a week. I assume she is a legislative assistant, her same position when she worked in Hennessey’s Coatesville office. 

I think State Rep. Tim Hennessey still has his fingers in Coatesville's government.
