Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

I don’t know if it’s possible but I think the trial should be held in a different Courthouse, not the Chester County Justice Center.

Preliminary hearing held for 2006 murder

WEST CHESTER — The 2006 murder of Brian Keith Brown played out again in a Chester County Common Pleas courtroom Friday during the preliminary hearing for one of two Coatesville men accused in the April Fool’s Day shooting.
This time, however, the prosecution is seeking to have murder charges upheld against Josh McMillan and Randy Suber, two alleged accomplices of convicted gunman Terrence J. “TJ” Gardner and mastermind Odell “Zelly” Cannon.
I think that when there is a high profile murder case involving Coatesville anywhere but the Chester County Justice Center is a good place to have it; Norristown, Reading, Lancaster, Allentown, anywhere but West Chester.
From my personal experience, I believe that it’s just too easy for information to pass from the Chester County Justice Center to the drug dealers in Coatesville and in turn to possibly intimidate jury members and witnesses.
I think the problem can be solved if at some point if two Democrats are elected as Chester County Commissioners and the Courthouse is cleaned up; but until then don’t have high profile murder cases involving Coatesville in the Chester County Justice Center.
