Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Pay attention at local politically charged events

Because of the election of a Black President and a growing non-white immigrant population; a rapidly growing, radical and potentially extremely violent White Nationalist movement is spinning off of our local right wing Republicans and extreme Libertarians.

Timothy McVeigh read White Nationalist books.

The White Nationalist goal is a Whites only nation within the borders of the USA. A new Civil War is their preferred way of accomplishing that goal. A Chester County White Nationalist type bomb making cell was infiltrated and in 2002 brought to justice by the State Police, Chester County Detectives, Coatesville Police and the USDoJ. There may be other more difficult to crack White Nationalist bomb making cells in existence in Chester County.

Look for themes of White Nationalist groups at political events. Some themes are "sovereign citizens" (tax evaders), “Oath Keepers”-military and police, "birthers" and signs that state Obama a fascist, a Nazi or a Marxist. Look for White Nationalist recruiters at the “Tea Parties” and other political events. A tattoo means a true believer; a swastika tattoo is obvious, among others there are “Nordic” tattoos.

“The sounds of violence are growing louder. The Idaho Citizens Constitutional Militia recently posted an opening for a "field sniper." Around the same time, an Ohio Militia member, face hidden by a bandana and voice distorted electronically, posted a video to YouTube. "People need to wake up and start buying some of these," he said as he displayed a semi-automatic rifle. ‘Things are real bad, and they're going to get a lot worse."

The “Patriot/White Nationalist” groups have co-mingled with established hate groups. This is an abreviated list of hate groups of Pennsylvania extremist groups from the Southern Poverty Law Center:

There are a well operated houses of worship where attending services is a joy.

We have lots of churches here in Coatesville. There are a well operated houses of worship where attending services is a joy.

And there are some here that I think have leadership whose primary mission is to redeem other peoples wallets.

In Coatesville and probably almost anywhere you cannot assume that because it’s a religious organization the people running it are trustworthy.

I believe that the most egregious example of what a house of worship should not be was “Pastor Jack” Flamer’s church in Coatesville.

That church was a money laundering operation for the drug dealer that was its pastor. The fact that some people here still think he was doing good work with his drug money is an insight into the value system of some Coatesville residents. See:

We had some very good people in our Weed and Seed operation in Coatesville. It was once an award winning Weed and Seed operation. But even when it was running at its best there were people creeping into it that I believe were more interested in what the grant money could do for their wallets than what they could do for the community. Non-profit is not necessarily non-profitable for it's administrators.

I think the “bloc” and Walker Administration began a turnover that allowed the bottom feeders to take control of Weed and Seed.

There were reasons that Pat Meehan was very interested in the goings on in Coatesville’s Weed and Seed. It is just one of the many reasons that so many eyes and ears are tuned to Coatesville.

I don’t want to name anyone. While most good people have washed Coatesville’s current administration from their hands and are working around the Coatesville Government there are still good honest people trying to work with the Coatesville Government. Good Luck!

I believe that the Commonwealth sees a great need in Coatesville and does not want to kill Weed and Seed here but they cannot send money to a corrupt organization. I think they are keeping a paid person here to keep Weed and Seed alive and are hoping for a change to honest government.

There is a very good post about the Weed and Seed fiasco in Coatesville on Karl Marking’s website:
