“I’ll tell you why Elon is stupid. And if you’re listing to this, I’m going to tell you why you are really stupid. What do you think that Donald is going to do on day one if in fact he becomes president again? God forbid a million times. 

Donald Trump is a copycat. He's going to do to you and to Zuckerberg and to all of the other mega-mega-billionaires like Jeff Bezos. He's going to have Seal Team Six grab you like Mohamed bin Salmon did to members of the Royal Family, his relatives.   

He's going to bring you to Mar-a-Largo. He's going to put you in the ballroom. And he's going to hang you by your neck like Mohamed bin Salmon did to his relatives until you sign over your fortune. Because that's all that Donald Trump gives a shit about, is the money.  

(Trump to Musk) Fuck you, you think you're worth over $300 Billion. You stole the money from America.

And by the way the bulk of his money was obtained by these EV Rebates on every one of his cars. His cars happen to be defective. 

You're the one that he's going to fucking string up. Because you have what he desires. And that's insane wealth. 

He will take it from you. Make no bones about it. I know this guy better than anybody. I know what he's thinking. 

Not only does he want to become president to avoid all of the litigation and incarnation but he's doing it because he's going to take your money and the Zuckerberg money and the Bezos money and the Walmart family's money. 

He's going to take everybody's money. Because nobody needs $300 billion in his mind except for him. And nobody should have it. And he will become hands down the richest man in the world.

He certainly could use the Department of Justice to use anti-trust laws to go after these major companies and try to break them up. 

When people vote. This might sound obvious but I'll say it anyway. When people vote for an administration and it's policy decisions you get it all.

"You're being nice to him Mike because you're doing it in a way that is potentially legal, despite the fact that you're using the DOJ to strong arm people. 

I say differently. 

I say when he tells you he wants to re-right the Constitution on day one. When he tells you he wants to... 

He wants to do away with the judiciary. 

He wants to do away with the legislative branch.

And confer all power upon the executive branch, meaning to himself. Making him the monarch, the dictator, the furor, the supreme leader whatever you want to call him. 

He just goes ahead and has his SEAL Team Six, because everyone's signing loyalty pledges to him. 

He will then incarcerate Supreme Court judges. He will turn around and incarcerate politicians. He will incarcerate members of the media. 

He will then turn around and have them bring these billionaires to him and do exactly what Mohamed ben Salmon did. Hung these motherfuckers up by their necks until they went ahead and they signed over their wealth. And Trump will do the same thing. It worked for Mohamed ben Salmon it will work for me. That's how Donald's thinking.

The scary part to prove your point Michael is the guardrails of democracy and the legal and criminal justice system through the Supreme Court barely held when Donald Trump didn't have the opportunity in advance to rewrite the laws and put all of his lackeys into every position of power this last January 6th. 

If he gets back in and gets people and lawyers that swear fealty to him in every key position and has a chance to put one or two more Supreme Court justices on. And does all the rewrites that you're talking about, then I'm not sure that democracy will hold."

"There will be no Supreme Court judges. There will not be. It'll be his judges.

Micheal Cohen, "More than 4 years because he's already said, till 2028 'I'm not leaving. The advertisements for Trump 2032, 36, 40, and then it goes all the way on, forever. It's not me saying it. That's him saying it. 

Can I say another thing that proves my point. 

Trump hates NATO. And why does he hate NATO? Because Putin hates NATO. 

Now Mike you said recently that Trump violated international law and the NATO Charter when he gave Putin permission to attack our allies. How can we hold him for making those kind of threats? Especially  because he's not the president. 

Michael Popok, "Well there is ways to do it. He can be prosecuted for treason. He can be prosecuted for other violations and we have one president at one time. And it was against the law and the constitution for anyone else to create a shadow government that runs parallel to the real one or tries to conduct foreign policy.

The problem is, back to the top of the show is we have Merritt Garland whoin every opportunity either a day late or a dollar short in terms of starting the prosecutions. Deciding to appoint special counsel, special prosecutor when he didn't have to. And he should have started his own investigation earlier against Trump. 

Putting in the wrong people as special prosecutors like David Weiss a former Trumper. He's trying to show off, like I can put a former Trumper in and everything will come out great. 

That's not what we want from the Department of Justice and from Merritt Garland. Who in order to do that some district attorney who gets his approval and gets the nod from Merritt Garland has to prosecute Donald Trump for illegally conducting foreign policy and or committing treason. 

For him to stand up at a rally in order to raise money and say to our allies that if you don't pay up, I'm going to tell Russia to have their way with you and they should attack you. And violate article 5 of the NATO Alliance which the only time that Biden said in a clip right after that. The only time Article 5 which means an attack on one is an attack on all of the NATO Alliance has ever been invoked is America after 9/11. 

And of course Donald Trump has no historical view. He barely understands that there are three branches of government. One of the commentaries has always been that Donald Trump always has been and will be a terrible student and has no interest in being president. They said ‘stop giving him the presidential briefing book because he showed absolutely no interest in it. They stopped giving him briefings because he never paid attention. Because, I don’t know what he was like when you were working for him, but he seems to have the attention span of a fruit fly.”
