Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

TRUMP IS NOT ATTENDING. HE KNOWS EXTREMIST PRESSURE ON THE SUPREME COURT MAY BACKFIRE. In PURELY POLITICAL TERMS will the NOT DEMOCRATS ON THE SUPREME COURT RULE AS REPUBLICAN PARTY MEMBERS or will they rule as MAGADONIAN PARTY MEMBERS?

“Will Trump Attend?

No. Donald Trump has decided to stay home and not attend the Supreme Court arguments. According to Trump's former Senior Advisor, John Bolton, Trump chickened out by avoiding the arguments. Bolton said in a tweet that Trump knows he is badly outnumbered by those who respect the rule of the law. Trump's approach in this case is different from his approach in the January 6th criminal prosecution he is facing. There, Trump decided to attend oral argument in front of the D.C. Circuit even though is presence was not required. Trump went on to lose that appeal despite his attendance. Now, he is changing course, avoiding the Supreme Court and possibly sitting in front of some of the justices he once appointed while President.

What Issues Will Be Argued?

The Supreme Court will be tasked with deciding two key issues in the appeal:

  1. First, whether a Presidential candidate falls within the confines of the 14th Amendment's insurrection clause
  2. If so, whether the courts or Congress are the proper avenue to remove a presidential candidate from the ballot.

Because this case is on appeal, the Supreme Court will not consider whether Trump engaged in insurrection as that is a factual issue already decided by the trial court. The only issues on appeal are legal in nature and focus on the text and interpretation of the 14th Amendment.

When Will We Get A Decision?

The Supreme Court will issue a decision before the conclusion of this term, which ends in June 2024. While we may get a decision quicker as this case is one of significant public importance, it is likely that the Court will wait until the summer to issue its decision.
