Threw out my back and stuck at home. 😕
My son Jeff is going out to see it. Jeff bought a 2003 I thought it was 2006 Porsche Boxter.
He refurbished it to a really nice looking & running sports car. Our home is loaded with auto mechanic tools & electronic testing stuff. He seems a natural at refurbishing cars.
I could repair old carburetor cars. Replaced an overhead camshaft on a Ford Pinto.
Now you need to be a mechanic & computer programmer to repair cars.
He didn’t learn only from YouTube. He joined Porsche groups. Met local Porsche guys, some of them professional mechanics.
One way he met Porsche fanatics was going to our annual Coatesville Invitational Vintage Grand Prix!
The Coatesville Invitational Vintage Grand Prix is a unique event where spectators experience the sights and sounds of historically significant cars and motorcycles traversing a 2 mile course set throughout the city streets of Coatesville. The CIVGP is the only exhibition event of this type on the East Coast!
