Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

I think a bunch of people in Coatesville doing politics in some way don’t realize drug money ain’t king no more in the West Chester/Coatesville relationship.

Since French Connection heroin came to Chester County PA, up until Richard Legree was rejected by the Chester County Republican Party, West Chester & Coatesville played the same "game" that lawyers in Baltimore and drug dealers in Baltimore played. Brought to life so very well in this scene from "The Wire:"

Some black people see selling drugs as a way to get a leg up. I see black people that sell drugs falling into a trap set to continue slavery, prisons being the plantations.

The Mafia that ruled the drug business in Chester County can’t do it now. They’ll go right to prison.

International MCs like the Pagans here & Hell’s Angels on the West Coast do quick in and out international drug deals over a few days. Trying to stop those transactions is nearly impossible & could be deadly.

Outlaw biker gangs are a global phenomenon. They exist in 41 countries on six continents, making them one of the world’s most widespread forms of organized crime. Tom Barker, an Eastern Kentucky University emeritus professor of criminal justice who specializes in outlaw motorcycle gangs, identifies six organizations as having the most members and chapters around the globe: the Hells Angels, Bandidos, Pagans, Outlaws, Mongols and Sons of Silence.

White people mostly do prescription heroin like OxyContin which can have a different distribution system.

The illegal marijuana market is almost entirely gone and soon Governor Wolf will make recreational hemp legal.

Selling drugs in Coatesville can’t get enough money to hide in “the islands” anymore.

Republicans & Democrats now see redevelopment of Coatesville as the money maker.

Now if we can stop Trump from making a second Great Depression while at the same time killing two and one half million Americans we might pull off the Revitalization of Coatesville.
