This
blog has Democrats in the name but this isn’t a blog about politics. It's a
blog about political corruption in Chester County, how that political
corruption makes Coatesville a dangerous and violent place and how to make
Coatesville a good place to live.
I believe that the
Chester County Republican Committee and organized crime in Chester County have been “family” since Prohibition times.
Coatesville is also
the only place that I know of were a Republican State Representative can have an
accused crack dealer as an office manager that was later convicted and almost
no one seems to be aware of it. The Republican crack dealer was also made judge
of elections in Coatesville.

The reason Coatesville
is a Republican controlled town of mostly Democratic voters is that Democrats here only
vote in presidential elections. In local, county and state elections handful of
Republicans carry the vote. Even in
Barack Obama’s elections the voter turnout among Coatesville’s Democrats was
low compared to the countywide vote.
Democrats
"vote for the president" every four years but stay home for every
other election. But local, county and state level elections have the biggest
impact on everyday life in Coatesville.
When we
talk about Chester County’s economy one of the largest parts of the Chester
County’s economy is usually left out. It’s the part that’s off the books. I
think that if you suddenly made all drugs legal there would be an economic
depression with car dealers closing and real estate values collapsing. There is
very big money in drugs and recognized or not it’s a big part of Chester
County’s economy. And if drugs were suddenly legal attorneys and judges would
suddenly be looking for a new occupation. But that’s not what I want to talk
about right now.
Republicans
have controlled all the strings in Chester County since before President
Lincoln.
As a
child I knew Democrats as steelworkers and Republicans as business owners,
doctors and gangsters. One way to make Coatesville a better place to live is to
change the county government from Republican to Democrat.
Organized
crime and Chester County Republicans have been married since Prohibition days.
The rumrunners in Chester County and Republicans in Chester County were
“family” and today the drug dealers Republicans in Chester County are “family”.
If you are a big time drug dealer who wants to
operate in Chester County PA and you need a public official to pull some
strings for you a Democrat can't help you. Republicans control all the strings
in Chester County.
I know
that dealers in Coatesville can know what happens in the Chester County Justice
Center in real time. People in Coatesville are aware of that. It's part of the
reason why it's so hard to find witnesses to the murders in Coatesville.
Tom
Hogan said, "Coatesville was ready to turn over and then these new guys
came in." He said that in 2006. The "new guys" were the
"Bloc of Four".
As
everyone knows there was and still is tremendous resistance to revitalizing
Coatesville. I believe Coatesville is the drug depot for Chester County by
design. I believe that most of the public housing in Chester County is moved to
Coatesville to concentrate politically powerless people where they can be
manipulated by drug dealers. Revitalization would bring new people
to Coatesville; new people that would not put up with the street dealers here
that sell to white kids in the suburbs. Revitalization in Coatesville would
damage the entire illegal drug industry in Chester County and I think that is
why it was stopped in 2006.
Because
Democrats only vote for the president Republicans control every local, state
and county election. Even in
presidential elections only about half of registered Democrats in Coatesville vote.
I want
Coatesville to be a safe place to live. One way to do that is a Democratic
sweep of County offices in Chester County.
If all
Democrats in Coatesville would vote in the County offices elections we could
change Chester County from Republican to Democrat for the first time in
history. We could even help to change the politics in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania. And if we did that, for the first time since it began with
Prohibition, organized crime in Chester County would be working without a net.
