Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

One-way streets and parking in the City of Coatesville

One-way traffic routing is designed to make it easy for travelers to drive through a municipality quickly stopping as little as possible.

One-way streets in a tiny town like the City of Coatesville makes it difficult for people to move around in that want to stay for a while.

THE LAST THING COATESVILLE NEEDS IS ANOTHER ONE WAY STREET

“Plan the Keystone" recommends making all of Fleetwood Street a TWO WAY STREET:

“Re built Fleetwood Street - two-way travel with head- out angle parking, 15’ sidewalks, and street trees”

The planners also recommended making Chestnut Street A TWO WAY STREET for the entire length.

With the exception of a few neighborhood areas COATESVILLE HAS NO PARKING PROBLEM. There are usually over one hundred empty parking spaces within 3 blocks of the downtown shopping area on Lincoln Highway between 1^st Avenue and 3^rd Avenue.

Finding a parking spot within 3 blocks of South Street in Philly is something to brag about.

Coatesville desperately needs a parking problem because people want to come here. Right now Coatesville is a place to be avoided.
