Welcome to the Coatesville Dems Blog

Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Carroll urges volunteers for Obama to support ousting council members

For what ever reason the Daily Local News editors decided not to post this article in the Sunday Daily Local News, February 8, 2009 on line: Carroll urges volunteers for Obama to support ousting council members By Dan Kristie http://www.box.net/shared/tmz2cx97tu Elwood Dixon was miss-quoted, it was me that said: “What I don’t want to see are more magistrates who are related to half of the criminals in this town”. As for “yachts that belong to the Bulgarian Mafiya” A quick search on any of these words will turn up connections to Republicans: Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska Queen K, Washington-based intelligence firm, Diligence, chaired by GOP foreign policy hand Richard Burt One of the largest mega-yachts in the world, the Queen K bay of Kotor.  Some of the stuff with the Republican Senators can be in the “what did they think these people are?” category. But the really scary stuff is when you link former US Congressman Kurt Weldon with refurbished Hungarian tanks and Russian espionage. More on the Rep. Curt Weldon (R-PA) Investigation: Part II November 20, 2006, 8:05PM In a recent thread about Rep. Curt Weldon, Citizen92 and I compiled information related to the FBI's investigation of Rep. Curt Weldon. Given that the thread became rather lengthy, I am continuing it here. One of the six locations raided by the FBI last month in connection with the Weldon investigation was the office of John J. Gallagher, a Philadelphia lawyer who has been described as a long time friend and associate of Weldon. Gallagher reportedly introduced both Itera, the Russian gas company, and Saratov Aviation, another Russian company, to Weldon's daughter, Karen. The two Russian companies then became clients of her "consulting" firms, Solutions North America and Solutions Worldwide. http://tpmcafe.talkingpointsmemo.com/talk/blogs/mrs_panstreppon/2006/11/more-on-the-rep-curt-weldon-rp-1.php Weldon's Firm Lobbied White House to Buy East European Arms for Iraq By Sharon Weinberger July 08, 2008 | 12:04:00 PMCategories: http://blog.wired.com/defense/2008/07/iron-triangles.html Weldon’s company Defense Solutions, Exton, PA http://www.ds-pa.com/ Albanian stockpiles of Chinese weapons sold on US Defense Department contracts to Afghanistan. Hungarian tanks and Russian arms to MOD in Iraq and Libya with a cut for ex-US congressman Weldon and his company. Former Pennsylvania governor and first Bush DHS head Tom Ridge unregistered lobbyist for Albania, to drum it up some homeland security and defense business. Disgraced ex congressman Bob Livingston representing Libya. There seems to be a pattern of arms dealers with access to East Europe stockpiles getting themselves hooked up with ex US government officials who can grease the way to Pentagon-overseen deals to sell to Iraq, Afghanistan and the markets made available by Bush admin Mid East policy. Quite a bazaar. One former US official comments, "I think they are all scumbags and the reason there is so much confusion is that everyone 'feels' that somehow, somewhere, Weldon is doing what the administration wants him to do."
