Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Just looking for information about other stuff and came upon this:

"United States District Court
Eastern District of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia)
CIVIL DOCKET FOR CASE #: 2:99-cv-03346-CN

Plaintiff
ARLENE LOPEZ-ARNETTE

ATTORNEY TO BE NOTICED

LESLIE A. SMALLWOOD
LAW OFFICE OF SMALLWOOD AND ASSOCIATES

And this from Avvo - http://www.avvo.com:

ERIC STEELE

From:

We were already aware of this:

http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/oae/oae2004.pdf
"LESLIE A. SMALLWOOD
Admitted: 1981; Elkins Park (Pennsylvania)
Disbarment - 176 N.J. 506 (2003)
Decided: 6/20/2003
APPEARANCES BEFORE SUPREME COURT
Richard J. Engelhardt for Attorney Ethics
Respondent failed to appear
The Supreme Court of New Jersey held that disbarment was the only appropriate discipline for an attorney who was disbarred in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for knowingly misappropriating clients’ trust funds in the amount of at least $139,500.

I can’t find anything like suspension or disbarment for Leslie Smallwood’s co-counsel Coatesville Attorney Michael Whitlow in the case for which she was disbarred; but then he is a Chester County Attorney.
