Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

A PERSON CONSIDERING RUNNING FOR COATESVILLE PA CITY COUNCIL BACKED OUT BECAUSE OF MAGA TERRORISTIC THREATS Terroristic threats are a normal thing in local Coatesville politics. Mostly they came from drug dealers. A few from right wing extremists.

It’s happening again. Death threats to politically inclined people in the City of Coatesville, PA. When Republicans ruled Chester County it was death threats from drug dealers & right wing extremists.

Now threats are initiated by POTUS & executed by lone wolfs.

Terroristic threats were or maybe are a normal thing in local Coatesville politics.

Mostly they came from drug dealers. A few from right wing extremists.

Coatesville City Council member David DeSimone, one of our best people, put a remote start on his truck as a precaution.

I believe Jeff LoPrinzi backed out of representing the 5th Ward in City Council because of threats. He was one of our best Coatesville City Councilpersons.

I had terroristic threats at my doorstep & at a City of Coatesville Planning Commission Meeting.

I knew where they came from and how to deal with them.

It’s different now. Death threats come through Trump but are delivered & possibly carried out by hard to trace multiple sources.

It’s much more dangerous.

NO ONE IS EXEMPT FROM TRUMP DEATH THREATS:

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson received a standing ovation on Thursday after denouncing the Trump administration’s “relentless attacks” on federal judges, calling them a threat to the rule of law.

“ Across the nation, judges are facing increased threats of not only physical violence, but also professional retaliation just for doing our jobs,” Jackson told a conference of judges in Puerto Rico. “And the attacks are not random. They seem designed to intimidate those of us who serve in this critical capacity.”

BACK WHEN REPUBLICANS RULLED CHESTER COUNTY PA:

City Council Candidate: My Dog Was Murdered

The dead bull mastiff was found between railroad tracks in Coatesville.

By Kelly Bayliss • Published June 23, 2011 • Updated on June 23, 2011 at 11:42 pm

A Coatesville City Council candidate received a call from his wife on Wednesday claiming that one of their family’s dogs was missing, what he didn’t expect was to discover his beloved bull mastiff dead.

Jeffrey LoPrinzi said that his wife Alicia looked outside and only saw one of the family's two dogs. At first, Alicia thought that the five-year-old dog Charlie broke out of the backyard because the gate was open, but now, the couple have no doubt Charlie was lured out.

"He was beat to death," Alicia LoPrinzi told NBC Philadelphia.

A neighbor found the mastiff’s beaten body on the railroad tracks behind the LoPrinzi house. He says that his jaw was broken and missing an eye.

LoPrinzi believes that someone may be "out to get him." Just six weeks ago, he says he found a “bottle bomb” outside of his Coatesville home.

Police are investigating both incidents.

PA State Rep’s long time business manager pleads guilty to cocaine business.

You would think that it would be all over the country on AP and Reuters.

But State Representative PA 26 District Tim Hennessey’s long time business manager Lisa Johnson’s guilty plea didn’t make the local news.

Her partner in Crime Coatesville Codes Officer John Tinson was sentenced to 5 to 10 years. Johnson has not been sentenced yet.

Her guilty plea was on September 29th.

John Tinson was sentenced on September 29th.

AND here is nothing about John Tinson’s sentence in the local news. It is well known that Tinson and Johnson were “partners in crime” and people would be asking about his girlfriend Lisa Johnson.

It is also well known that Tinson was allegedly in and out of Hennessey’s office on an almost daily basis. He had a legitimate reason, to see his girlfriend Hennessey’s Business Manager Lisa Johnson. Tinson, being a City of Coatesville Codes Officer had a legal reason to drive all over the City of Coatesville.

I think this is national news.

Is there a news blackout because Tim Hennessey is up for re-election?

Is the GOP “Good old Boy” network protecting him?

I had terroristic threats at my doorstep & at a City of Coatesville Planning Commission Meeting.

Former Chester County DA Joe Carroll said “A man was murdered in a room with 8 people and no one saw anything.” The murder was at the former VFW in Coatesville's East End.

He discovered that Coatesville drug dealers would find out that someone from Coatesville went to the Chester County Courthouse before they got back home. Not only the person giving information about a murder, but their family & entire extended family would be threatened.

Joe rehabbed a house in Coatesville & invited anyone to stop by for a conversation. We began to solve the murders in Coatesville.

At the Clerk of Courts Office at the Chester County Courthouse I asked to see Richard Legree’s criminal record. 25 minutes later as I was walking in my back door a man knocked on my front door.

He said “Don’t go looking into Richie’s records.”

Nobody but the people in the courthouse knew I was at the courthouse.

I was a Coatesville Planning Commissioner. When an alleged death threat did not work; the “Bloc of Four” arranged a different way to remove me from the planning commission. What they might not know is at the planning commission meeting two weeks after the meeting with the alleged death threat District Attorney Joe Carroll waited from before the meeting began until after it was over. If Ernie Campos and/or Richard Legree showed up again he was prepared to charge them with terroristic threats. The alleged threat is in the minutes of the Coatesville Planning Commission meeting May 10, 2006:

I knew where they came from and how to deal with them.

It’s different now. Death threats come through Trump but are delivered & possibly carried out by hard to trace multiple sources. It’s much more dangerous.
