Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Will Chester County resident Pat Sellers to try another run for the PA 6th Congressional District? Maybe with CCC $?

Pat Sellers led the battle against Coatesville for the Sahas and managed the campaign of the "Bloc of Four". He also ran for the Pennsylvania 6th Congressional District 2 times.

Council of Conservative Citizens Promotes White Primacy, and G.O.P. Ties

"The website — its home page is a collection of links, often to accounts of crimes against whites by blacks — stands in contrast to the group’s depiction of itself as a more genteel guardian of the true right, 'a standard conservatism that dates back to the Taft era,' said the group’s spokesman, Jared Taylor
White rule and opposition to an increase in minority populations are the headline tenets of the council’s statement of principles. “Just go to South Central L.A., Brownsville, Texas, or Detroit,” Mr. Taylor, 63, said in an interview Monday. “The whole fabric of life changes if whites are displaced by, say, blacks or Asians or Hispanics.”
But the group also endorses causes dear to the far right for decades, including abandoning membership in the United Nations, maintaining the United States as a 'Christian country,” denouncing homosexuality and opposing sex education, multiculturalism and property taxes."

Pat Sellers letter to American Renaissance Magazine:

"LETTERS FROM READERS
Sir — Jared Taylor missed the mark completely in his article on Elian Gonzalez in the June issue. One would think that since the liberal Washington Establishment was going against one of its usual constituencies (the Cuban community), Mr. Taylor would realize that racial consciousness had little if anything to do with what is happening. By narrowly focusing on what is at most a side issue, he fails to see the big picture.
The globalists in Washington don't give a hoot about Elian, and are probably delighted that conservatives like Mr. Taylor focus on the race issue. They are playing this out to further their globalist ambitions. In order to keep moving incrementally towards a global government, they must continue to appease comrade Fidel. To allow Elian Gonzalez to stay here would be a slap in the face to the old bearded one. Their globalist ambitions are so strong they are willing to risk alienating one of their strongest voting blocks.
Mr. Taylor also fails to realize the dangers in letting Reno and company get away with the enormous abuse of federal power their early-morning raid represents. Just because it was a Cuban household the feds smashed their way into does not make it any more acceptable to true constitutionalists.

He is the founder of the New Century Foundation and edits its American Renaissance magazine, which, despite its pseudo-academic polish, regularly publishes proponents of eugenics and blatant anti-black and anti-Latino racists. Taylor also hosts a conference every other year where racist intellectuals rub shoulders with Klansmen, neo-Nazis and other white supremacists.

Will Republicans stop pandering to White Supremacists and risk losing to Tea Party candidates?

Republicans were caught wallowing with the same people as Charleston shooter Dylann Storm Roof.
57 top Republicans donated to group that inspired Dylann Roof's Manifesto of killing black people:

"Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof’s manifesto cited the hate group Council of Conservative Citizens (CCC) as his gateway into the world of white nationalism. The CCC is the modern reincarnation of the old White Citizens Councils, which were formed in the 1950s and 1960s to battle school desegregation in the South.
For decades, this racist group has had the ear of a number of prominent politicians, both state and federal, many of whom were members of the group and/or attended events put on the by CCC –a group that has referred to African Americans as a 'retrograde species of humanity.”

Waiting for this to blow over & going back to pandering to the racists might not work for Republican mainstream candidates this time. The press has made Republican connections to racist anti-government extremists part of the 2016 elections.

GOP candidates need choose from losing their racist base to Tea Party candidates or pandering to their racist base.

"The CCC is now, according to the SPLC, the nation’s largest white nationalist group and at its peak boasted 15,000 members. Though the CCC is sometimes described as “thinly veiled” white supremacists or the like, that’s misleading—it makes little secret of its agenda. (Nonetheless, Ann Coulter has previously stepped forward to defend the group from the white-supremacy attack.) In a statement of principles, the group says:

We believe that the United States derives from and is an integral part of European civilization and the European people .... We also oppose all efforts to mix the races of mankind, to promote non-white races over the European-American people through so-called “affirmative action” and similar measures, to destroy or denigrate the European-American heritage, including the heritage of the Southern people, and to force the integration of the races."

How did the Council of Conservative Citizens become America’s biggest white-nationalist organization, and why do politicians keep dealing with it?

Recording of the Community - Police Forum for the Coatesville Area June 18, 2015

On Thursday June 18, 2015 we had the 1st Community - Police Forum for the Coatesville Area at the New Life in Fellowship Church in Coatesville, PA.

I don't know of a meeting quite like this one in Chester County or anywhere. If anyone does put it in the comments below.
THE PANEL MEMBERS WERE:
Chief John Laufer  -  Coatesville
Chief Joseph Elias -  Caln Township
Chief Lew Wilson -    South Coatesville
Chief Joseph Friel -  Valley Township

The Community Manifesto was read by Rev. and former Coatesville Magistrate Judge Robert Davis.

State Senator Andrew Dinniman was in attendance

The questions for the police chiefs were written by community members on 3 x 5 cards and read to the chiefs by Coatesville Magistrate Judge Gregory Hines.

I think what makes this Community - Police Forum unique is that there was no specific event that called for the meeting. And that people who had questions for the police chiefs could remain anonymous.

The meeting was calm. Some of the questions were contentious. I don’t believe that those questions could have been delivered to the chiefs without some cover of anonymity.

If anyone wanted to speak to the any of the chiefs one to one they were available for a time after the meeting.

A recording of the full meeting is below. It was recorded in the church sanctuary. I removed as much reverberation as I was able to:

Former Homeland Security Analyst Describes Being Retaliated Against for Work on White Supremacist Terrorism
KEVIN GOSZTOLA AUGUST 9, 2012 AT 6:44 PM PDT17 COMMENTS
“What happened was quite shocking actually. I never anticipated that the Department of Homeland Security, my employer, would actually clamp down on the unit and stop all of the valuable work we were doing. Leading up to this report, and I will talk about this at length in my book, my team was doing a lot of good things throughout the country. We received numerous accolades from law enforcement, intelligence officials, talking about the great work we were doing in the fight against domestic terrorism. Then in lieu of the political backlash, the department decided to not only stop all of our work, stop all of the training and briefings that we were scheduled to give; but they also disbanded the unit, reassigned us to other areas within the office and then made life increasingly difficult for us. Not only did they stop the work that we were doing, but they also tried to blame us for some of the attacks that were occurring.”

“When Cliven Bundy engaged in an armed standoff with Bureau of Land Management agents in 2014, after a federal court order demanded he get his cattle off federal land, as he hadn’t paid grazing fees for 20 years, several of the current Republican presidential candidates sided with the outlaw. As armed militia members converged in Nevada to protect Bundy, Senator Ted Cruz of Texas called the events “the unfortunate and tragic culmination of the path President Obama has set the federal government on.” Rick Perry, then the governor of Texas, said: ‘I have a problem with the federal government putting citizens in the position of having to feel like they have to use force to deal with their own government.’ Mike Huckabee opined: ‘There is something incredibly wrong when a government believes that some blades of grass that a cow is eating is [such] an egregious affront to the government of the United States that we would literally put a gun in a citizen’s face and threaten to shoot him over it.”

Jeb Bush & the "Bear Thing” / Hillary Clinton & her website

What you get when you Google Hillary Clinton For President:

What you get when you Google Jeb Bush for President:
"You guys can’t be gay, you’re too hairy!' - A neighbor in Texas
Who are those two young dudes?!
CJ and Charlie -- since 1996
ENGINEERS, DOGGY DADS, MADLY IN LOVE
We met in 1996 through a mutual friend while we were living in Portland Or.  In our time together we've made a great many friends, seen a lot of the US in our RV, and had many grand adventures.
Now we find ourselves at a crossroad... how can we help our friends, family, and neighbors have the discussions we all need to have so we can learn from each other and break down some of the tension, drama, and sometimes outright ignorance of our fellow man?
That's why we're doing this blog.  Let's have a chat, share viewpoints, maybe realize that the person you felt you could never have anything in common with is actually dealing with exactly the same issues.
ABOUT THE BEAR THING
Why do we call ourselves Bears?
Many years ago, there was a movement born from a simple desire to be part of a community.  Many gay men felt that they didn't fit in with the stereotypes of that time because they weren't the pretty gym bodies with Farrah Fawcett hair and smooth faces.
Hence the birth of the bear movement.
Everyone was welcome!  Big guys, little guys, hairy guys, smooth guys, buff dudes, chubby dudes, young men, old men... and those that admired them!
There are Bear groups all over the world, many of them have events to raise money for charities, many of them are active in the social/political arena, and they all know how to throw a most excellent party.
Almost everyone on this planet wants to feel like they are part of a community.  We need acceptance in our lives.  We need to know that we're not alone on this planet full of people."

Alaska's militias-Sarah & Todd Palin's Chechen & al-Qaeda linked Alaska Independence Party

Zaz Hollander,Marc Lester June 13, 2015

I'm leery about these white men "militias" and "survivalists" burying guns, ammo, food and supplies from some war against somebody, usually the "government".

Sarah and Todd  Palin are linked to the Alaska Independence Party, or AIP. The AIP partners with and shares information with the al-Qaeda backed Chechen separatists. Just like the Boston Marathon bombers did.

Only fragments are left of a prominent criminal enterprise system in Chester County

I believe that Richard Legree held a government backed criminal enterprise system together in Chester County, mostly in Coatesville.

Legree is gone. There is no one with his mix of charm, GOP connections and loyal family members that can replace him. Those loyal family members left with their fingers in the Republican Party are old men. And legislative districts in Coatesville have changed.

The MS-13 and Pagans MC know that things have changed in Chester County.

A very small number of people involved in government here are basically too dumb to understand that the organized crime system is gone and act as though it’s still 1998. They are walking without a net.

You an obscenely wealthy investment banker? Then Senator Toomey's your man.

Pat Toomey helped to create the investment banking crash of 2007

If you are an investment banker who went from wealthy to obscenely wealthy after the crash of 2007 you have a man crush over Senator Pat Toomey. To non-investment bankers he is a swindler.

All you need to know about Pat Toomey:
“Toomey has strongly advocated deregulation of the financial services industry: "The trend in deregulation, beginning in the early 1980s, is one of the biggest reasons for the sustained economic expansion. I would like to see us continue to deregulate on many fronts, including the financial services industry,” he stated in the spring of 1999.“Investment banker elected to US Congress for three terms beginning in 1999,”

While serving on the House Banking Committee, Toomey, in 1999, helped write House Resolution 10, which led to the repeal of parts of the Depression-era Glass-Steagall Act.[4][12] The repeal of the Act, which had regulated the separation of banks and investment firms, allowed for companies that combined banking and investment operations.
Toomey was also a strong supporter of the deregulation of the derivatives market, an area in which he had professional experience, stating that he believed the market to be adequately regulated by banking supervisors and state-level regulators.[45][46]
Toomey pressed the House to pass the Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000 because it would "eliminate most of the cloud of legal and regulatory uncertainty that has shadowed" derivatives since their invention.[45] He stated that he hoped that the Senate would modify the bill to "allow greater flexibility in the electronic trading" of over-the-counter derivatives.[45]
Toomey was a leading sponsor of the JOBS Act, which passed the Senate in March 2012. The Act would reduce costs for businesses that go public by phasing in SEC regulations for "emerging growth companies" over a five-year period. It would also help startup companies raise capital by reducing some SEC regulations.[47]

Moore served as the first president of the Club from 1999 until December 2004, when board members voted to remove Moore as president.[5] Pennsylvania United States Senator Pat Toomey served as president from 2005 through 2009. The Club's current president is former Indiana Congressman David McIntosh.[6]
In 2010, the Club’s political arms spent about $8.6 million directly on candidates and bundled another $6 million from Club members, directing those funds to candidates.[7] In 2012, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, Club members donated at least $4 million, and the Club’s political arms spent nearly $18 million on elections.[8]
MissionEdit
Founder Stephen Moore has said, "We want to be seen as the tax cut enforcer in the [Republican] party."[9] Unlike many other political action committees, the Club for Growth's PAC regularly participates in funding candidates for primary elections.[7] The Club focuses more on open seats than on challenging sitting Republicans, but it has helped to unseat a number of incumbent Republicans.[5][10] The Club for Growth has established a vetting process for potential candidates that involves one or more interviews, research on the race and the candidate's record, and a poll conducted to establish whether the candidate has a viable chance for victory.[11] Each election cycle, the Club's PAC endorses candidates and encourages donors to support the endorsed candidates.[5] Promoting a more conservative agenda, the Club is known for targeting "establishment" Republican candidates.[7]

Governor Wolf's budget would cut CASD taxes almost by 1/2

Governor Wolf's budget would take us back to the Coatesville School District that people my age remember. A time when there was state funding of education.

A 48% decrease in Coatesville Area School District property taxes.  The average decrease in taxes $2,217.

The money comes from a tax on natural gas drillers. Gov. Corbett gave his driller friends and contributors a free ride in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is the only state that does not tax drillers.

"Linda Lavender is a special case."

It's illegal to run for Pennsylvania Magistrate Judge and simultaneously work for a Pennsylvania Legislator. But some people try anyway. You would think they would stop after it's pointed out to them in a Common Pleas Courtroom:

Old stuff but there are apparently a ton of people who don't know this:

"Linda Lavender is a special case. Lavender says that she does not work for Tim Hennessey but works for the Republican Caucus of the Legislature. When Lavender was asked by Judge Ott what she does at Representative Tim Hennessey’s office in Coatesville, she told Judge Ott that Hennessey’s constituents come to Tim Hennessey’s office in Coatesville with their problems and she tries to help them. She said that her paycheck says “Legislature of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania” on it. It’s my guess that since she is still working as Tim Hennessey's legislative assistant Lavender is by Commonwealth Law ineligible to run.

It came up in Judge Ott’s courtroom on Friday March 20, 2009. Lavender has been working as Hennessey’s Legislative Aid and running for Magistrate District Justice. She made the claim to Judge Ott that she is employed by the House Republican Caucus and not Tim Hennessey. Judge Ott quizzed her further and asked what it says at the top of her paycheck. Linda Lavender replied, "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania”. Lavender stated that Tim Hennessey told her that she could run and work as a legislative aid at the same time. She told Judge Ott that Rep. Tim Hennessey would write a letter explaining it to Judge Ott. Judge Ott said that she would like to see that letter. "

Coatesville PA Train station meeting AUDIO RECORDING June 1, 2015

Audio recording of  public meeting and open house on plans for the new Coatesville Train Station Wednesday, June 3, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Olivet Methodist Church:

This was the last public meeting about the new Coatesville Train Station and Entrepreneurial Center.

The next step is the architecture and engineering plans. And on to construction in 2017.

Most of the hard part is done. The money is coming from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through PennDot and the Federal government.

SEPTA is also dependent on federal funding to keep running and to expand the Thorndale to Doylestown line passed Thorndale to Coatesville, Parkesburg and Atglen.

I don't believe anyone expects the current U.S. Congress to expand transportation funding of any kind.

We do have Amtrak service here now and hopefully it will continue.

We did have SEPTA service in Coatesville in the 1960s. I commuted on those trains.

The idea of building the train station and entrepreneurial center is, build it and they will come.

When the train station is built voters in Chester County will apply more pressure to Congress and get them to do what they were supposed to be doing for the last few decades.

"They won't let me vote."

“Hillary Clinton, Voting Rights and the 2016 Election”

Coatesville's Fifth Ward is 78.22 Democratic and 11.19 Republican. So why did about 8 Republican Attorneys and Skipp Brion Chairman of the Chester County Republican Party spend so much time at Coatesville's Fifth Ward on Election Day in November of 2004?

I can still see and hear an elderly black woman walking away from Coatesville’s 5th Ward saying “They won't let me vote."
“Early on the General Election Day of 2004 several Republican attorneys from Spring City showed up outside of Coatesville's Fifth Ward (precinct 120). When the polls opened they went inside and I saw elderly black women coming out of the polls saying, "They won't let me vote."
When the Democratic attorney was inside the polling place everything was peaceful. When the Democratic attorney took a break, again people were walking out saying they won't let me vote.
The effect of all that Republican muscle in Coatesville's Fifth Ward was stopping long time voters from voting.
I can't understand why they brought in lawyers from Spring City and why CCRC Chairman Skippy Brion was screaming at a Democratic poll watcher inside the polling place in front of voters but I don't have the mind of a Republican.
But I do think that if the Republicans persisted in stopping long time voters from voting there would have been violent incidents at the Fifth Ward.
FROM:
TUESDAY, JULY 16, 2013

This is the most encouraging thing I have ever heard from any candidate on voting in America:
"A basic fact often gets lost in the propaganda that swirls around voting laws in this country: between one-quarter and one-third of all eligible voters — more than 50 million Americans — are not registered.
That alarming statistic is the backdrop to efforts by Republicans in recent years to pass state laws that restrict ballot access, a recent Democratic campaign to push back against those laws, and a bold set of proposals that Hillary Rodham Clinton laid out Thursday afternoon in a speech at Texas Southern University, a historically black college in Houston.
In addition to pushing needed and long-overdue reforms, the speech highlighted the yawning gulf on voting rights between Mrs. Clinton and the Republican candidates for the White House, many of whom have been cynically committed to making voting harder for the most vulnerable citizens. “What part of democracy are they afraid of?” Mrs. Clinton asked.
Most significantly, Mrs. Clinton called for universal and automatic voter registration, which would register every American citizen at 18. This would be a transformative step toward modernizing the nation’s archaic, error-filled approach to registering voters."

What happened in Coatesville was a very clear violation of the U.S. Constitution.

Governor Haley is only promoting and participating in a prayer rally, held not in the South Carolina Capital in her office but in the North Charleston Coliseum in Charleston South Carolina.

Patsy Ray and Kurt Schenk changed a scheduled Coatesville City Council meeting at the City of Coatesville City Hall City Meeting Room into a full blown Christian religious service.

Call and response by Richard Legree in the first row saying "Amen".  Everything but the choir.

I think the political plan was that It's hard for some people to criticize a minister of Christ.

I was telling people and sending emails to people about the insane and allegedly illegal stuff going on at Coatesville City Council meetings but no one paid any attention. The Daily Local News ignored the crazy possibly illegal stuff. Most people said in a condescending manner that this stuff goes on in many local government meetings.
When I sent an audio recording of a Coatesville City Council meeting in my emails the entire U.S. began to pay attention to the Coatesville City Council and Deanna Durante of Channel 6 WCAU visited me at home.

I'm writing this because even after the City of Coatesville was sued for mixing church and state a few Coatesville City Council members still don't get that they did this:
