There is no place where you can walk in and just buy or sit down for just a cup of coffee in downtown Coatesville. City of Coatesville desperately needs a place to buy coffee. A Starbucks at this site would be an immediate hot place to go for coffee.
Starbucks can be a place meeting place for social interaction and business interaction.
The National Bank of Chester Valley Classic Revival Building has ample parking

There is a large 2 story space on the first floor. There is a second floor room with a small balcony over the large interior space. The balcony was designed so that a bank guard with a shotgun could observe the floor below.
Most importantly the property is for sale. There are a few photos of the interior on this page.
