I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.
"These contract terms have been applied to bank workers, salespeople, dog groomers, police officers, aestheticians, firefighters, mechanics, nurses, federal employees, electricians, roofers, social workers, paramedics, truckers, mortgage brokers, teachers and metal polishers. Legal experts believe stay-or-pay clauses might now be in industries that employ a third of all American workers.”
"Though it’s hard to trace the spread of TRAPs, a 2022 letter from the National Employment Law Project points the finger at private-equity firms.
Private-equity firms not only tend to replicate contract terms across their suite of businesses, but they have increasingly purchased companies that provide employee training, giving them an added incentive to use TRAPs.”
"Because employment contracts are private, they are hard, if not impossible, to regulate proactively, meaning that employers can bury anything they want in them, even if the terms are expressly illegal. The California attorney general, Rob Bonta, acknowledged this in 2022 when he announced that employers were still putting noncompete provisions in contracts even though they were unenforceable under state law.
Employers knew the provisions wouldn’t hold up in court, but they didn’t have to: They work by limiting employee mobility before anyone even seeks a legal remedy. These illegal contract terms have wider implications for labor and civil rights law. “They can be used as a deterrent against people suing for race or wage discrimination or unpaid overtime,” Seligman told me, discouraging people from speaking up for fear of being fired."
“The blowback over Elon Musk’s endorsement of an antisemitic conspiracy theory on X gathered steam on Friday, as several major advertisers on his social media platform cut off their spending after his comments.
Disney said it was pausing spending on X, as did Lionsgate, the entertainment and film distribution company, and Paramount Global, the media giant that owns CBS. Apple, which spends tens of millions of dollars a year on X, also suspended advertising on the platform, a person with knowledge of the situation said. They followed IBM, which cut its spending with X on Thursday.
Mr. Musk, who bought Twitter last year and renamed it X, has been under scrutiny for months for allowing and even stoking antisemitic abuse on the site. That snowballed on Wednesday when the tech billionaire agreed with a post on X that accused Jewish people who are facing antisemitism amid the Israel-Hamas war of pushing the “exact kind of dialectical hatred against whites that they claim to want people to stop using against them” and supporting the immigration of “hordes of minorities.”
“You have said the actual truth,” Mr. Musk replied.
Jewish groups have compared the statement in the original post to a belief known as replacement theory, a conspiracy theory that posits that nonwhite immigrants, organized by Jews, intend to replace the white race. That idea fueled Robert Bowers, who raged against Jewish people online before killing 11 worshipers at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh in 2018.
On Friday, the White House condemned Mr. Musk, 52, for boosting the anti-Jewish conspiracy theory. Andrew Bates, a White House spokesman, said in a statement that it was “unacceptable to repeat the hideous lie behind the most fatal act of antisemitism in American history at any time, let alone one month after the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust.”
Disney, Apple, Paramount and Lionsgate halted marketing on X, formerly Twitter, as Elon Musk faced a furor over antisemitic abuse on his social media platform.
“On Saturday, 18-year-old Payton Gendron allegedly drove more than 200 miles to a predominantly black neighborhood in Buffalo and, dressed in tactical gear, opened fire at Tops Friendly Market. He shot 13 people and 10 died. Gendron, who has been charged with murder in connection with the shooting, reportedly left behind a 180-page manifesto that “repeatedly cited” the great replacement theory.
The role of Tucker Carlson in mainstreaming the great replacement theory is well-documented. But the mass shooting in Buffalo raises serious questions about many prominent Republican officials and rightwing advocates who have adopted the great replacement theory in recent years, even as the racist conspiracy was cited as motivation by previous mass shooters in Pittsburgh and El Paso.

Trump won the presidency fearmongering about immigrants. In a July 2017 speech in Poland, Trump deployed the language of the great replacement theory. He described immigration as an issue of “survival” for “the west”. Migrants were part of a plot to “subvert and destroy” our “civilization”.
“The fundamental question of our time is whether the west has the will to survive. Do we have the confidence in our values to defend them at any cost? Do we have enough respect for our citizens to protect our borders? Do we have the desire and the courage to preserve our civilization in the face of those who would subvert and destroy it?”
“It tells of a time 125,000 years ago, when a modest increase in Earth’s temperatures caused ice sheets to melt and global sea levels to surge.
The height of the coral — which can grow only underwater — marks where the ocean once reached, and where it could someday rise again.
Sarah Kaplan and Bonnie Jo Mount traveled to four islands of the Seychelles and a geochemistry lab in Madison, Wisc. to document how fossil corals are helping scientists predict future sea level rise….
That pattern suggested that the waters around the Seychelles rose, fell and then spiked back up several times — with each spike raising sea levels even higher than they were before. If plotted on a graph, the changing height of the ocean would look less like a smooth diagonal line than a broken staircase for giants, climbing upward in short, dramatic surges.
The dating methods Dutton’s team used allowed them to pinpoint the timing of these pulses to within a 500-year span. But details in the fossil reef’s structure suggested that some of the spikes in sea level may have happened even faster than that, within the 100- to 200-year life span of a single coral...
"And at Anse Source D’Argent — the scenic beach where Dutton found her first fossils — acres of soft white sand have been washed away by the steadily rising tide. The water seeps under walls that are supposed to contain it and scrapes earth from beneath the roots of the shading takamaka trees.
Just a few feet away, a chunk of ancient coral looms over the eroded beach path. Like many La Digue residents, Ernesta grew up hearing about the history the fossils represented and the warnings for the future they held.
'It’s very emotional for me to know that where we are standing now, everything was underwater,” Ernesta says. “Maybe now, the planet is taking it back.'

And Like wolves the Fascist Republican Party under Trump is poised to attack Jews, Muslims and people of color.
Former President Donald Trump used a term historically used by fascists in Italy and Germany at a campaign rally. Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian discuss on The Young Turks:”
"Christ was crucified by the Jews... He was not what the Jews had expected so they considered Him a threat. Thus He was put to death." – Indeed, He is Risen!, April 13, 2001[47]
"How many of our Christians have what I call the goo-goo syndrome: good government? They want everybody to vote. I don't want everybody to vote. Elections are not won by a majority of people. They never have been from the beginning of our country, and they are not now. As a matter of fact, our leverage in the elections quite candidly goes up as the voting populace goes down."[46]
Evangelicals were indifferent to abortion. When the federal government cut into their profits, White Evangelicals became political leading in fits and starts to Donald Trump & a Nazi revival.“
The Arrow Cross Party associated with the founders of "The Heritage Foundation" was anti-Jew. It's complicated.

Man whose relatives killed by Hamas responds to call for Gaza to be annihilated
Relatives of hostages held in Gaza said Israeli forces were not there to protect them as Hamas terrorists infiltrated Israeli communities on October 7. Many feel that no serious negotiations are taking place to free their relatives.
One Israeli and one Palestinian cry together for peace.

“You know, we are in a circle of blood for the last seventy-five years. And this is just another round.
Nobody expected the viciousness and cruelty of this round, but it was expected. You cannot put two million people in a box, close the cover, expect nothing will happen.
It will not stop unless we talk. You cannot annihilate Hamas. You cannot ignore six million people Palestinians, living here in the holly land. And you cannot expect them to go away. We will not go away.
We are doomed to live here together and we have to chose-whether to share this land or to share the graveyard under it.:"

Meanwhile, Israel has allowed suitcases holding millions in Qatari cash to enter Gaza through its crossings since 2018, in order to maintain its fragile ceasefire with the Hamas rulers of the Strip.
The premier’s policy of treating the terror group as a partner, at the expense of Abbas and Palestinian statehood, has resulted in wounds that will take Israel years to heal from.
“A Surge in Jewish Activism for Ceasefire and Against Genocide
In a recent episode of “On the Nose,” a podcast hosted by the magazine Jewish Currents, Elena Stein, director of organizing strategy for Jewish Voice for Peace, said that after the Hamas attack it was “immediately clear” that “the lives of Palestinians and Israelis are completely intertwined.” She said that Israeli apartheid and settler colonialism “enact daily horrifying violence against Palestinians” and “doesn’t make Israelis safer either.”
Stein argued that American Jews have an important role in stopping the violence and genocide in Israel and Palestine, and that this is important to protect the lives of both Palestinians and Israelis. “It’s on us — especially those of us here in the U.S. whose government is funding this, is fueling this, is protecting the Israeli apartheid government from accountability at all levels — to stop the complicity that puts Palestinians’ lives in danger every day and also puts Israelis’ lives in direct danger,” she said.
Jewish anti-war activism calling for a ceasefire and against the genocide in Gaza shows no sign of slowing down. On Monday, hundreds of Jews and their allies took over the Statue of Liberty calling for a ceasefire, with a banner saying “Never Again for Anyone.”
