Welcome to the Coatesville Dems Blog

Public Corruption in Chester County, PA

I believe an unlikely mix of alleged drug trafficking related politicos and alleged white nationalist related politicos united to elect the infamous “Bloc of Four” in the abysmal voter turnout election of 2005. During their four year term the drug business was good again and white nationalists used Coatesville as an example on white supremacist websites like “Stormfront”. Strong community organization and support from law enforcement, in particular Chester County District Attorney Joseph W. Carroll has begun to turn our community around. The Chester County drug trafficking that I believe centers on Coatesville continues and I believe we still have public officials in place that profit from the drug sales. But the people here are amazing and continue to work against the odds to make Coatesville a good place to live.

Coatesville Train Station Meeting Olivet Methodist Church - I - Opening Statements

Olivet Methodist Church
Coatesville, PA

Opening Statements

Senator Andy Dinniman-

"Myself and Harry Lewis,  your new State Representative are here to welcome you.
Harry and I want to tell you the same thing; that there is no partisan politics, no Democrat versus republican, when it comes to this revitalization of Coatesville.
I went over to Harry to congratulate him on the house floor.  We shook hands and we made that determination that we're here together to make sure that this project works.
I am here to tell you also, as you will see when we do the overview of the project.
We're out of the desert.
We're not quite to the promised land yet.
But let me tell you we're almost there and it's going to depend on the unity of purpose in this community.
Too many times we I've seen great things in Coatesville go astray because different individuals have gone one way or the other.  We're not going to let that happen to either of us this time.
This is a unique and special opportunity.
The money’s there.
We're prepared to move forward and that's why we called you all here to get that kind of unity, that type of consensus.
Those are my opening words for you and let me have Harry, my buddy here… Harry and I go back along before all this.
Especially your wife and I go back along way."

State Representative Harry Lewis-

"I can't keep him down.
Ladies and gentlemen thank you so much and thank you Senator Dinniman.
It’s been a long long way to get this point.  But let me tell you and reemphasize how the collaboration between the senator in the Statehouse coming together. Believe me what I say that.
There're an awful lot of naysayers and people say we can't do this, but you got to remember one thing.  As Sen. Denman said we go way way back.  And I've been her all my life.
We hear the naysayers but we have an opportunity to got some actual work done that the citizens can see.  Well finally something is been torn down something is being built in its place.
So I'm here to emphasize I am going to do my dog-gone-dest, pardon the pun. to have everybody proud and restore the pride that we have in this city.
Thank you"

With a few exceptions people involved in politics miss that the Republican Party is now an extremist right wing party.

Almost all journalists that work in conventional media write and speak about the Republican Party without acknowledging that the Republican Party has massively changed. Most main stream journalists and even Democrats refer to the Republican Party of 20 years ago. That political party only remains in isolated fragments.

Most people, including me, want to cling to the idea of responsible Republicans, responsible business leaders, lawyers and physicians that we had in the 1950s and 1960s.

Today’s Republican Party is a right wing extremist party. Referring to it as though it is the conservative party of 20 years ago or the moderate conservative party of the 1950s and 1960s is untruthful and dangerous to our democratic system.

People who cling to the belief of a responsible moderate Republican Party will continue to be shocked by what the Republicans are doing.

Bernie Sanders describes today’s Republican Party very well:

Bernie Sanders Delivers Keynote Address to PA Progressive Summit | Audio

"Sanders’s talk charted the stark right-wing shift of the Republican Party over the past 30 years, the need to make Congress work for working families instead of the donor class, and the dominance a handful of billionaires such as the Koch brothers have on our political system."

Will Sheriff Mack of the CSPOA extremist group go on Obamacare?

It looks like Sheriff Mack should have signed up for Obamacare:

“Family members and other supporters start a GoFundMe campaign for Richard & Dawn Mack
by CSPOA | Jan 26, 2015
In November of 2014, Richard Mack’s wife Dawn was hospitalized with serious medical issues.  Then, in early January of 2015, Richard suffered a heart attack that required surgery.  Because they are self-employed, they have no medical insurance and are in desperate need of our assistance.”

Understand that the drug business won the last time revitalization was attempted in Coatesville

The very first priority of Paul Janssen had was making our streets safe and the battle to get rid of Paul Janssen began.

He brought Dominick Bellizzie from Philly Narcotics to be Coatesville Police Chief. Paul Janssen, Dominick Bellizzie, Joe Carroll and Tom Hogan and many others began the slow process of taking down the really over the top insane "Hampsterdam" drug business we had.

The drug dealers made their comeback with the "Bloc of Four" and Republican Party Chairman Richard Legree's entry into control over the Coatesville PD.

Chief Bellezzie, Lt. Matt Gordon, the entire Narcotics Division and half of the Coatesville PD was trashed by Harry Walker and Richard Legree. The drug business flourished in Coatesville again. That's what the opposition to revitalization of Coatesville was all about.

The reason revitalization has a better chance now is that several influential public officials connected to organized crime here are dead and the drug business here is severely weakened. But there is still a wealthy vital drug business here and an underground economy that grew up around it.

Some public officials in Chester County want Coatesville's business to stay. That's what the people rooting for legal business growth in Coatesville are up against. That's what they are really up against.

Revitalization will force the drug business out of Coatesville and a lot of people that want the drug business to stay in Coatesville will fight very hard against revitalization.

Keep in mind that the drug already business won one war here. The drug business prevailed in the previous attempt to revitalize Coatesville.

CrakPowerVille Did PA Rep. Hennessey have a role in the Coatesville Power Plant Plan?

Everything swirls around Hennessy's Coatesville Office

State Representative Tim Hennessey was allegedly censured by the PA House Republican Caucus for his long time Coatesville Office Business Manager Lisa Johnson having a crack cocaine manufacturing business operating under Hennessey's nose for about decade.

When she was a city council member Coatesville City Council President Patsy Ray was a regular guest in Hennessy's Office every weekday afternoon.

Ricky Saha's car was unmistakable. It was plastered with "Save our Farm" posters. We saw it parked at Hennessey's office at times from 9:00 pm until early in the morning. We saw Patsy Ray bringing reams of paper out of Hennessey's Office. Two days later an issue of, John Birch Society member and White Supremacist, Pat Seller's "Coatesville Recorder" would be on every doorstep in Coatesville. Did Sellers print his campaign broadsides on  the PA taxpayers dime?

Below is one page of the Pat Seller's "Coatesville Recorder". There were six issues of the "Coatesville Recorder" Some issues had six pages. All issues were four color, printed on a laser printer. There were enough printed each issue for every household in Coatesville plus extra issues. I estimated the cost of printing, not including the cost of distribution, to be somewhere between $30,000 and $60,000. Who paid for this? Did taxpayers pay to have them printed at Hennessey's Office?

Hennessey's staff was deeply involved in "Mosaic Partners LLP" scam to put a fake company onto Coatesville's "Flats" brownfield. I believe it was designed to go  bankrupt and then sell to Andrew Lehr's, Harry Walker's and Al Baxter's Florida Power and Light to build a gas fired electric power generation station in the center of Coatesville.

Disbarred Attorney Leslie Smallwood of Mosaic Development Partners, LLC allegedly has long time connections to several people in the Coatesville area and possibly to several politically connected to Coatesville through now deceased attorney Michael T Whitlow. Whitlow was her partner in the court action for “knowingly misappropriating clients’ trust funds in the amount of at least $139,500” for which she was disbarred. See http://coatesvilledems.blogspot.com/2009/05/smallwood-disbarred-attorney-smallwood.html
Coatesville RDA Joe DiSciullo, “I will say this, as far as the negotiations with the power company; I WAS STUNNED TO FIND OUT THAT THE CITY SOLICITOR AND MR. WALKER HAD BEEN TALKING TO THE POWER COMPANY AND MR. O’DONNEL WAS NOT INVITED TO TAKE PART.  THAT WAS EYE OPENING TO ME!”
Allegedly Andrew Lehr blurted out “we can’t do that” when the RDA wanted to proceed with Robert McNeil and Penguin Industries offer to buy the Flats. Lehr allegedly told the RDA in executive session that Walker and he were in serious negotiations with the power plant executives and that revealing it in public would be a breach of confidence.
I believe that those negotiations were blatantly illegal and that Lehr and Walker had no authority to make a deal in secret with RDA property.

Mr. Walker is correct in stating that, "I did not talk to power company officials in my office." The alleged discussions with power companies took place at the "Whip Tavern in Southern Chester County".

The money in a community power generation plant is not from the taxes they would pay. Tax benefits to communities from these power plants are negligible. The real money flows through a public / private power authority that must be formed so that the power company can sell electricity on their competitors lines.

Would Tim Hennessey have been a member of something that may have been called "The Coatesville Power Authority" along with Harry Walker, Andrew Lehr and Al Baxter.

Would Coatesville have been called "CrakPowerVille"?

If you really want to sweep up corruption in Coatesville,  I think Tim Hennessey will get caught in the broom.

You might think I'm partisan. The facts are:
If you are engaged in a criminal activity in Chester County PA and need public officials to look the other way, no Democrat can help you, Republicans have absolute control in Chester County.

Patsy Ray was allegedly set up as Coatesville City Council president by people who believed she would be a spectacular failure and the Coatesville City Council would be rid of her.

It didn't work out that way. Instead the drug business was good again in Coatesville and Coatesville nearly burned down.

Now we have Coatesville City Council President Linda Lavender Norris. I don't know if she was put in because some people think they have influence over her. I don't know if  they think she will be a spectacular failure.

SUNDAY, MAY 10, 2009

Michael T Whitlow's law office in Coatesville was and still is a sort of hot traffic spot for several city council members including Patsy Ray and Kareem Johnson.

Patsy Ray publicly stated at a city council meeting that she gets out of bed every morning at eleven thirty and drives to PA State Rep. Tim Hennessey's office in Coatesville. She stated that she spends the afternoon at Hennessey's Coatesville Office with her friends, Tim Hennessey's Legislative Assistant, Linda Lavender and Kareem Johnson’s sister; Lisa Johnson, Hennessey’s Administrative Assistant.

I thought that my answer may clear up some things that I know were being said concerning Leslie Smallwood and Michael Whitlow.

Coatesville's brownfield at busiest intersection and in middle of town makes us interesting to developers. let's not lose it

The former G.O. Carlson Steel Company land in the center of Coatesville becoming available for commercial development is what made real estate developers interested in Coatesville.

The former heavy industrial land that once divided Coatesville in two pieces is now gone. A commercial and retail area can unite the City of Coatesville at its busiest intersection.

But underneath  the commercial residential zoning overlay the "Flats" brownfield is still zoned as heavy industrial and Florida Power and Light and other electric power companies have Coatesville on their radar.

If removing our RDA and selling the flats to the highest bidder is considered we could wind up losing Coatesville's best chance to come back as a viable town, that is the brownfield as a commercial development linking the east and west portions of Coatesville.

If our brownfield reverts to heavy industrial with an electric power plant or the proppant chemical plant, Coatesville's chances of coming back are sunk.

I don't know what to expect from our current Coatesville City Council. They scare me.

"Grey State" A family is dead in the strange conspiracy world of right wing nuts.

Some local John Birch Society / Ron Paul meetup believers think the sound barriers near Lancaster along Rt 30 conceal concentration camps under construction to prepare for the U.N. Agenda 21 invasion.

The John Birch Society / Ron Paul / Tea Party / White Nationalist / Patriot Militia world is a strange land where people believe Barack Obama is part of a United Nations conspiracy to take away our guns.

A family is dead and maybe no one will ever know why they died. But you can be sure that Fox News, World Net Daily and Stormfront will say it's all part of a conspiracy.
