"Sir — Jared Taylor missed the mark completely in his article on Elian Gonzalez in the June issue. One would think that since the liberal Washington Establishment was going against one of its usual constituencies (the Cuban community), Mr. Taylor would realize that racial consciousness had little if anything to do with what is happening. By narrowly focusing on what is at most a side issue, he fails to see the big picture.
The globalists in Washington don’t give a hoot about Elian, and are probably delighted that conservatives like Mr. Taylor focus on the race issue...
Mr. Taylor also fails to realize the dangers in letting Reno and company get away with the enormous abuse of federal power their early-morning raid represents. Just because it was a Cuban household the feds smashed their way into does not make it any more acceptable to true constitutionalists."

Sellers came out at Chapter Leader Chester/Lancaster County John Birch Society after he left Coatesville.
The Coatesville City Council that brought scam artist & former business associate of Pat Sellers, Harry Walker as Coatesville city manager.
Walker, Andrew Lehr made a deal with Florida Power & Light at the Whip Tavern to bring a gas powered electric generation plant to the former GO Carlson property owned by the Coatesville Redevelopment Authority. Since PECO wouldn’t allow FPL to run power on their lines a Coatesville Power Authority would need to be created. Lehr, Walker & Pat Sellers would be set for life with residuals from the power authority.
Harry Walker came to work one day & found the FBI taking his files & computers, he laughed. The intelligence officer that I worked with said Harry took stuff home to his apartment. The FBI didn't search his apartment.

Coatesville RDA Joe DiSciullo, “I will say this, as far as the negotiations with the power company; I WAS STUNNED TO FIND OUT THAT THE CITY SOLICITOR AND MR. WALKER HAD BEEN TALKING TO THE POWER COMPANY AND MR. O’DONNELL WAS NOT INVITED TO TAKE PART. THAT WAS EYE OPENING TO ME!”
Mr. Ed Simpson, “I will take that up with Council because as far as I’m concerned I don’t think the City,
Mr. Andrew Lehr, “That’s not factual.”

Allegedly Andrew Lehr blurted out “we can’t do that” when the RDA wanted to proceed with Robert McNeil and Penguin Industries offer to buy the Flats. Lehr allegedly told the RDA in executive session that Walker and he were in serious negotiations with the power plant executives and that revealing it in public would be a breach of confidence. I believe that those negotiations were blatantly illegal and that Lehr and Walker had no authority to make a deal in secret with RDA property.
Mr. Walker is correct in stating that he did not talk to power company officials in his City of Coatesville office. The alleged discussions with power companies allegedly took place at a Tavern in Southern Chester County.
I believe the real money that would come from a power plant here in the City of Coatesville would not come from any kind of taxes. An “Olive Garden restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar and an LA Fitness gym” would have brought more tax monies into the City and created many more jobs than a power plant. And the power plant would have made Coatesville unattractive to any business other than possibly the crack cocaine business.
I believe the real money in a power company is in the electric power that would be sold by way of Exelon’s lines. A power authority possibly called the Coatesville Power Authority would need to be formed in order to transmit the power over Exelon’s lines. That money would filter thorough the fingers of local individuals assigned to the “Coatesville Power Authority”.
I think that Mr. McNeil’s proposal could have worked for the City of Coatesville.
I think that Mr. McNeil’s proposal was stifled, not examined and not given a chance by the Walker Administration.
I also believe that Andrew Lehr, Harry Walker and other Chester County residents were talking to power plant owners long before the “Bloc of Four” even ran for election.
The RDA usually has one or two people outside of interested parties in attendance. the February 19, 2008 meeting was standing room only. Don Pulver and several developers interested in the City of Coatesville were in attendance.
The other part of Seller’s plan involved Richard Legree. The Chair of Chester County Republican Committee Area 14.
Richard "Stretch" Legree of Coatesville, named as the number one drug pusher in Chester County by District AttorneyWilliam H. Lamb, was convicted last night of selling 145 bags of heroin to an undercover agent in January.”

Walker brought Mathews a guy from the Baltimore Housing Authority Police (they sold drugs in Baltimore projects) to run the Coatesville PD.
Matthews removed 1/2 of the Coatesville PD brought the drug business back in Coatesville along with Crips & Bloods. Matthews & Walker inadvertently created the perfect environment for arsonists.
I wrote this:
In my opinion the news that “the money is good again in Coatesville” spread all over the nation. We rapidly had dealers from Philly and New York taking up residence in Coatesville. SUR-13, KOD, Cripps and other gang recruiters came to Coatesville. The guns poured in with them. Gunshots were heard and people were picking bullets out of walls and vehicles almost daily. Armed robberies and muggings, nearly all of them unreported in the press, rocketed up.
At about the same time the arson began.

I heard the AK-47 firing first in the East End and then the West End. knew a woman in the car AK-47 man was chasing.
I saw the guy wearing the LA Dodgers cap.
I saw the kids wearing blue.

I knew about trunk loads of firearms on 8th Avenue passed out to kids.
I saw kids crossing the street holding their pants so their firearm didn’t drop out.
I heard the gunshots.
I knew people who dug bullets from their walls.
“Chief” Matthews didn’t see it. He was busy in his office writing his memoirs.
The arson and the undercover State Police and undercover ATF agents almost put a full stop to the drug business in Coatesville (they threw the bags under parked cars in front of the MIdway), and the buyer tied his shoes, you could watch it happening). Mass arrests of SUR - 13 in Maryland helped too.
