Michael Popok of Legal AF reports that as part of Cheseboro’s plea, he will receive a conviction for a felony for conspiracy to submit false papers, Meaning the fake electors certificates, and fully cooperate with the state attorney against Donald Trump and others for their role in the criminal conspiracy, in return for five years of probation
