Democratic secretaries of state are trying the 14th Amendment to remove Trump from ballots. If appeals to the Supreme Court are successful all states might remove Trump. Republicans from school board to senator will lose with Trump. It’s the GOP’s way out.

 I believe the only reason Republican Secretaries of state are reluctant to attempt removing Trump from the ballot is fear. 

Not only political fear but also fear of bodily retaliation by Trump terrorists. 

Possibly before the GOP primaries Trump will be convicted of at least one crime. 

The 14th Amendment doesn’t require a conviction just participation in a insurrection against the United States of America. 

If enough states remove Trump from the ballot it will be impossible for him to win. 

“Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, known as the Disqualification Clause, bars anyone who has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution and who then engaged in insurrection or gave aid or comfort to insurrectionists from holding state or federal office.
