Ginny Kerslake is running in PA 167th District East Whiteland Township against the Mariner East Pipeline
It seems that Chester County has TWO pro pipeline vs. anti-pipeline races:
Ginny Kerslake vs. Rep. Kristine Howard 167th District
And another less obvious Don Vynazal anti-pipeline vs. Carolyn Comitta pro-pipeline race:

"Many voters have asked me about my position on Restore Pennsylvania, the administration’s infrastructure plan (not to be confused with Restore Chester County, the Chester County Commissioner’s COVID-19 recovery and reopening toolkit).
Restore Pennsylvania sounds good a first, but then you realize it ties us to fracking and other questionable oil and gas operations for two decades. Meanwhile, the governor has committed $3 million of taxpayer dollars to study a spike in rare childhood cancer potentially linked those oil and gas operations in the western part of the state. That study won’t be concluded until well after the current Harrisburg leadership is out of office, but under Restore Pennsylvania we’ll be stuck with the unknown and potentially very dangerous impacts for decades.
Sound like a good idea? I don’t think so. To me it sounds more like the natural gas lobby is continuing to pull the strings on Harrisburg. And that needs to stop. As state Senator, I won’t stand for it.
I have personally traveled to Washington County to visit those living in the impacted communities. The bottom line: if we’re so concerned about public health, how can we become partners in an enterprise that could be making kids sick?"
