Down 8th Avenue Coatesville PA 1935 and 2020

I recently discovered that I could convert my Dad’s 8mm movies on VHS files to MP4 videos. Now I can upload them to YouTube.

My Dad, James A. Pitcherella shot a lot of short clips with his 1935 Kodak Cine Camera

You could only do short clips before you needed to open the back to flip the 16 mm film to the other side 


It’s where the flares from light leaks come from on old home movies.

 I made, “Down 8th Avenue Coatesville 1935 and 2020:

The 8mm copy ain’t that good, but it’s what I have for now.
