Want to solve Coatesville's unsolved murders? Find out how information goes from inside the Chester County PA Courthouse to drug dealers.

Lots of money in drugs. A Coatesville street dealer might do $1M in sales a year. The real money comes to people further up the chain who can buy off public officials.

Former Chester County District Attorney Joe Carroll said “A murder could happen in a room with eight people in Coatesville and nobody saw anything.”

I sat in a room with Joe when families of murder victims spoke to him. I felt their sorrow and anguish.

When Joe Carroll snuck into Coatesville alone at night people would talk to him. Nobody from Coatesville would go to his West Chester office.

At the Clerk of Courts Office at the Chester County Courthouse I asked to see Richard Legree’s criminal record. 25 minutes later as I was walking in my back door a man knocked on my front door.

He said “Don’t go looking into Richie’s records.”

Nobody but the people in the courthouse knew I was at the courthouse.

I don't know how information goes from the county courthouse to drug dealers in Coatesville.

Our Chester County Sheriff "Bunny" Welsh heads the Sheriff's office that brings prisoners back and forth from Chester County Prison. Deputy County Sheriffs essentially are guardians of the Chester County Justice Center.

Chester County Sheriffs have multiple chances to communicate with drug dealers.

According to the Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association our Chester County Sheriff is a founding member of the CSPOA

"DECATUR, Ala. — One evening last fall, an informant for the Morgan County sheriff entered the office of a small construction business near this old river town and, he said, secretly installed spyware on a company computer. He had no warrant.

The sheriff, Ana Franklin, wanted to know who was leaking information about her to a blogger known as the Morgan County Whistleblower.

The blogger had been zeroing in on the sheriff’s finances, specifically $150,000 that by law should have gone toward feeding inmates in the county jail. Instead it had been invested in a now-bankrupt used-car dealership run by a convicted bank swindler.

Now the sheriff has become ensnared, along with others, in a wide-ranging government investigation. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking at her stewardship of taxpayer money, as well as the dealership and its financial links to prominent people in town, including several state law enforcement agents, according to more than a half-dozen people who say they have spoken to the F.B.I. Government divers recently searched the bottom of a creek for evidence."

In Alabama, an official’s use of public funds and behavior toward critics have raised questions about the broad powers of American sheriffs.

Ok, Bunny Welsh could be totally disconnected from any county government to drug dealer pipeline. But there IS a county government to drug dealer pipeline.

Since before Lincoln was President Chester County Government has been opaque.
A little bit of light is coming in soon.

  1. Joe Carroll is a hypocrite. I provided his office with information regarding criminal activity (including drugs) and cops that were -at the very least looking the other way. The response I received from the DA's office and Chester County Detective's office was one of hostility

    1. Drop off stuff at my front door. I live at 1226 Stirling St. Coatesville, PA. You can stay anonymous if you want to.

  2. If you want to speak to the DA don't go to the courthouse. Find a way to speak in person somewhere else.

David and Daniel Norcini were Coatesville Police. They’re also “Road Runner” motorcycle club members:
    Biker bar fight
Those involved are not speaking out about a biker brawl that broke out March 5 at a neighborhood bar.
Details of the fight at Quattro Bar and Grille, 2535 S. 13th. St., are vague as gang members and bar patrons have been mum on what happened that night at 11:24 p.m., Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said.
Four men wearing “Road Runner” jackets were taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. One had head trauma, but all were in stable condition. A group of Pagans arrived at the hospital to visit the men, Tolliver said.
Another man, a bar patron, was taken to Methodist Hospital in stable condition, Tolliver said.

Junk yard on Elm Street Zoning hearing
    http://coatesvilledems.blogspot.com/2009/12/junk-yard-on-elm-street-zoning-hearing.html

Coatesville PD & Chester County DA know that the Norcini’s are Road Runners.
The information connecting the Norcini’s & “Quattro Bar” fight came from a DOJ intelligence officer.

Philadelphia shut down the Quattro for a while over concern of a major war between the Pagans & Hells Angles

This still goes. After the FBI broke apart the Mafia, motorcycle clubs move drugs locally.

Coatesville Dems: STREET GANGS AND OUTLAW MOTORCYCLE ...

Oct 19, 2012 ... Most of the drugs in Pennsylvania are now controlled by outlaw 1 % motorcycle gangs and street gangs. "Street Gangs" have morphed into transnational gangs. They use the internet and social networking websites. Some gangs operate as top down organizations. Others in small groups loosely linked ..
