This is community policing, the type of policing OPPOSED by our PA State Rep. Harry Lewis:
“Coatesville Police Chief John ‘Jack’ Laufer also praised law enforcement officials for their ‘good investigative work and utilizing a joint team approach.’ He said the city’s Vice Unit was able to ‘remove a sizable quantity of dangerous drugs and firearms from the streets of Coatesville.’
The fight against violent crime most often associated with the illicit drug trade requires a team approach not only within law enforcement, but also with the community we serve,’ Laufer said. “Together we can bring about positive change within the City of Coatesville.”

This is "Warrior Cop, Police Industrial Complex” policing, the type of policing Coatesville PA State Rep. Harry Lewis favors:

To recap, allegedly:
A tactical police squad arrived at the front door calling out “Medics” and burst into the home of an elderly black woman with a heart condition who walks with a cane and held several guns to her head causing her to fall backward.
The police were acting on unverified information from a relative of the suspect. They did not have a "Search Warrant" and entered illegally expecting to find a person they had a “body warrant” for.  It was the wrong house and the suspect had nothing at all to do with the house or anyone that ever lived at that address.

Why Rep. Harry Lewis, Donald Trump & GOP do not support community policing

There was a highly informative, emotionally charged, coming together of clergy, police, law enforcement, educators and community at the Coatesville Community Day, August 28, 2016 at Abdela Park in the City of Coatesville.

You might say that Coatesville Police Sergeant Rodger Ollis was the 'Star', deservedly so:
