"Constable" Ronny Suber ALL IN for PA State Rep. Harry Lewis-I backed Republican Tom Hogan because Suber backed his opponent.

UPDATE- Ronny Suber now has 2 harassment (of voters) charges. And he has been stopped several times for using his loudspeaker. He refuses to stop using the loudspeaker, saying in effect F-you to Coatesville Police.
Ronny Suber's truck is parked at his sister's shopping center in Coatesville, PA

As a Pennsylvania State "Constable" Ronny Suber will be in charge of maintaining order on election day at Coatesville's Fifth Ward (Precinct 120)

How does someone who can’t read and write pass the tests for Pennsylvania State Constable and be a certified Pennsylvania State Constable?

A few years ago Ronny Suber was supporting the Democrat running against Tom Hogan. I backed Tom mostly because Suber was campaigning for Democratic candidate for District Attorney, Sam Stretton. I was not a member of the Chester County Democratic Committee at the time.

I think Tom Hogan knows which side of the law Ronny Suber is on.

Duties of a Constable
Protecting the PollsConstables are also charged by Pennsylvania statute with maintaining order at election polls and ensuring that no qualified elector is obstructed from voting.  Constables are the only peace officers permitted at the polls on Election Day.  In fact this duty is mandated upon constables; failure to protect the polls, or provide for their protection through appointed deputies, is punishable with a fine.
