Orlando Shooting, no ISIS- But Hillary & Donald say bomb ISIS anyway-Bomb DC instead? Wash. DC has most hate groups per capita

"Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump reacted to the Orlando shooting with evidence that they can agree on at least one thing: bombing people. Both candidates called  for an escalation of the U.S.-led bombing campaign against ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
'We have generals that feel we can win this thing so fast and so strong, but we have to be furious for a short period of time, and we’re not doing it!'  Trump complained on Fox & Friends Monday morning.
'Are you saying hit Raqqa right now?' asked host Brian Kilmeade. 'We’re going to have to start thinking about something,' Trump replied.
Along the same lines, Clinton suggested during her post-Orlando speech Monday afternoon that 'We should keep the pressure on ramping up the air campaign."

But Omar Mateen has no ISIS connection. He is a domestic terrorist.

Washington DC has the most hate groups per capita.

The District of Columbia has more hate groups per capita than any other "state" 23.72 per million population. - CSI Without Dead Bodies
Arkansas is next in line with 7.39 hate groups per million population. - CSI Without Dead Bodies

So should we bomb DC?

"In 2014 the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) produced the above map showing the location of hate groups that they are tracking with a total of 939 groups nationwide.  The four states with the highest number of groups were California, Florida, Texas, and New York.  As these are the four states with the highest population I thought it would be interesting to see what the number of hate groups would look like if they were adjusted for population by dividing the hate group total by the population of that state expressed in groups per million residents.  The top states for the adjusted hate group numbers were the District of Columbia (23.72 groups/million residents), Arkansas (8.12 groups/million), Montana (7.96 groups/million), Mississippi (7.37 groups/million), and Vermont (6.39 groups/million).

"The map below shows the updated group map for the year 2015 with 892 groups nationwide (a decrease of 47 groups from 2013).  Just by eyeballing the map one can see that there is a higher concentration of groups in the eastern half of the US with it being higher in the southeast."
