Governor Wolf has been shackled by the Tea Party controlled anti-public education Pennsylvania Republican Party. Another Tom Corbett anti-education, anti-infrastructure budget has been forced on Pennsylvanians.
K through 12 public schools are forced to raise local taxes and increase class sizes.
Higher education is forced to increase tuition already unaffordable to middle class Pennsylvanians.

"University presidents in the PA State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) are reintroducing their pay-per-credit tuition schemes that could see tuition increase by as much as 25%. Allowing politicians to kick the can down the road and heap the financial burden on students and their families."
