Did the City of Coatesville not pay the phone bill?


When you call the City of Coatesville main number 610) 384-0300 you hear this:

"This number is no longer in service"


The Coatesville PD number (610) 384 2300 also doesn't work. 


Did they not pay the phone bill?

    Seems like they're switching phone systems.

    It seems that the city has several different internet and telephone providers. Maybe they're consolidating.
    Is if ordinary for a municipality to have several different companies providing communnications?
