The Democratic Party leadership moved right but Democrats stayed in place.

It's amazing that the political press and political professionals don't get that basic fact.

After the Civil Rights Act Republicans made a severe turn to the right wing.

With the election of Bill Clinton the Democratic Party also moved right. The plan was to capture the votes of independent voters and Reagan Democrats.

But registered Democratic voters were the same FDR New Deal Democrats and sons and daughters of FDR Democrats.
Hell will freeze over before we see another Republican President.
Bernie Sanders is a near incarnation of Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

Senator Sanders is only "left wing" to Republicans, Democratic Party leaders and the political press.

Bernie Sanders is a clear representative of the Democratic Voter Base. Senator Sanders reflects the Democratic voter. He's not the outlier that the political press calls him.

Hillary Clinton is a representative of the Democratic Party base.

There is a difference between the Democratic Party Base and the Democratic Voter Base. The political press community doesn't seem to understand that.

Bernie Sanders and Admiral Sestak get that difference.

Democrats Find That Anti-Establishment Isn’t Just a G.O.P. Theme
Anger at the political establishment has overtaken the Republican presidential race, but it is also coursing through the Democratic electorate, fueling the popularity of Bernie Sanders.

Hell will freeze over before we see another Republican President.

The GOP will shut America down over "family values" on December 11th. The catastrophes maniacal Republicans will create in 2016 are yet unknown.

One thing is certain; the more press Republicans get, the bigger the Democratic landslide in the 2016 General Election.

The political press should be looking at how much of the down ballot the Democrats will bring along in their 2016 landslide.

But do keep up the Donald Trump fanboy stuff.
