Whatever you think about the CASD might be wrong.

I think it will be a while before we know what is really going on.
The alleged racism of two Coatesville School officials is a terrible insult to the community and especially to our students. You might be cynical and think that White administrators use that language all the time and they were stupid enough to think they could write it down and not get caught. But the Coatesville teachers, coaches and administrators that I know would not use abusive language, especially abusive language directed at students.
We know the school board and administration is blocking out the community that it serves. We know about the alleged racist text messages but not much else.
I believe the school board might be on the right track moving slowly and carefully so that public education is not derailed.  On the other hand the school board and administration might be orchestrating an extensive cover up.
There could be problems at the school district unrelated to racist abusive remarks that could result in criminal charges or maybe not.
I think Tom Hogan is a very good at compiling intelligence and looking for evidence.
I assume that federal civil rights lawsuits are coming.
It’s OK to imagine what is and has happened but everyone should hold off prematurely passing judgment.
Judgment will come.
Without the abusive racist texts directed mostly at students this would be just one of many stories of a corrupt school district. Because of the abusive racism directed at students the Coatesville Area School District has caught the attention of national media. This is not going under the rug.
