One-way streets and parking in the City of Coatesville

One-way traffic routing is designed to make it easy for travelers to drive through a municipality quickly stopping as little as possible.
One-way streets in a tiny town like the City of Coatesville makes it difficult for people to move around in that want to stay for a while.
THE LAST THING COATESVILLE NEEDS IS ANOTHER ONE WAY STREET
Plan the Keystone" recommends making all of Fleetwood Street a TWO WAY STREET:
The planners also recommended making Chestnut Street A TWO WAY STREET for the entire length.
With the exception of a few neighborhood areas COATESVILLE HAS NO PARKING PROBLEM. There are usually over one hundred empty parking spaces within 3 blocks of the downtown shopping area on Lincoln Highway between 1st Avenue and 3rd Avenue.
Finding a parking spot within 3 blocks of South Street in Philly is something to brag about.
Coatesville desperately needs a parking problem because people want to come here. Right now Coatesville is a place to be avoided.
