Did Coatesville manager Hudson send a form letter to officials to return to him indicating their support for his Harmony St. parking lot?

Below are letters of support for a Community Development Grant Block Grant application converting the first two blocks of Harmony Street in Coatesville. It would make angled parking and change Harmony Street into a one-way street.  A Gateway Welcome Sign was tacked on to the grant application.

There is a letter from State Representative Tim Hennessey, a letter from the President of Lincoln University Robert R. Jennings and a letter from State Senator John Rafferty.  Except for a very few words they are identical. It's a form letter.

I think that Rep. Hennessey, Senator Rafferty and President Jennings added their names to a letter and have no idea of what they signed on to.

Making Harmony Street one way with angled parking has come up 4 years ago. It failed the first time and it will fail again. It has no merit.

I believe the parking proposal for Harmony has absolutely nothing to do with Lincoln University.  I believe that Mr. Hudson and Mr. Barry have some unknown reason for their proposal.
