I can still remember Ross Kershey saying to buy things during a recession.


That was in American History Class at Coatesville’s Scott High School in the 1960s. 
He said something like buy things of value, like real estate, in a recession when the prices are down, if you can.
Well maybe those of us in that class can advise our children or grandchildren to take Mr. Kerhey’s advice.
