You see a lot of farms when you drive through eastern Pennsylvania. What most people don’t know is that most farms along the eastern border of Pennsylvania are owned by real estate speculators. The money and power behind the anti-Eminent domain “Property Rights” anti-local government fights of a few years ago is now nakedly exposed.

We know that the “property rights” they were talking about were the rights of land speculators and corporations. In the town of Benton Harbor, Michigan the land speculator is:

 Harbor Shores Signature Properties and Jack Nicklaus designed golf club. 

The corporation is:

 Whirlpool, Benton, MI  

“They are using Benton Harbor as a test case,“ Henry said. “If they have disenfranchised the people so badly they just don’t respond to anything, they can do this all over the country.”

The City of Benton Harbor, MI in effect does not exist.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Absent prior express written authorization and approval by the Emergency
Manager, no City Board, Commission or Authority shall take any action for or on behalf of the
City whatsoever other than:                       
i) Call a meeting to order.
ii) Approve of meeting minutes.
iii) Adjourn a meeting.
