I turned on a live broadcast of President Obama and I heard this:

“Last month protestors took to the streets across the country to demand their universal rights and a government that is accountable to them and responsive to their aspirations. But they were met with an iron fist.”
I thought he was speaking about Wisconsin and the other states where the Republicans attacked the right to organize. And then he said Libya.
I was a little let down. I thought President Obama was finally standing up for the lower classes, which are almost all Americans.

Remarks by the President on the Situation in Libya
