This is what the Walgreens site looks like today:
At Monday evenings Coatesville City Council meeting Regular Action Item number one was; receive and consider the Development Agreement, the Financial Security Agreement and the form of Bond for the Walgreens Construction.
Coatesville City Council member Mr. Brazzle had a very good question, “Is there was any way we could put lights up there? It gets really dark and it’s really dangerous. A kid could hop over a fence or something."
All of Walgreen’s documents and plans were approved. They were all signed by the City Council members after the meeting was over. I left City Hall about 10:45 and saw City Council President Karl Marking busily signing a very large pile of documents in the conference room.
