Joe Carroll, as expected, announced publicly that he is retiring as District Attorney

Joe Carroll has made the Chester County District Attorney’s office into a very effective organization. I think he’s set the bar to a much higher standard.

There are some very good attorneys in Joe Carroll’s office now. As a US Attorney, Tom Hogan was feared by our local Coatesville drug dealers and our local white supremacists.   

Joe Carroll would be a tough act to follow, but because of the foundation that was created by him, it looks like we will get another tough act.
