World Trade Center steel convoy crashes
"Two trucks on the 28-rig convoy transporting steel from the World Trade Center have crashed, according to a PennDOT new release.
The accident happened on the ramp from Interstate 80 west to US 209 south, according to PennDOT. The ramp is closed.
It appears one of the tractor trailers rear-ended another, PennDOT said. No additional information is available".
