“PDL Bloods Member Sentenced to More Than 22 Years for Conspiracy to Participate in a Racketeering Enterprise
Baltimore, Maryland — U.S. District Judge William D. Quarles, Jr. sentenced Antonio White, age 25, of Baltimore, today to 262 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise related to his gang activities as a PDL Blood. Judge Quarles also found that White is a career criminal based on two previous narcotics convictions.”

I believe the “Bloods” graffiti in Coatesville may have been from this gang located in Baltimore. Several gangs attempted to move into Coatesville during the period when our Police Department was downsized by former City Manager Harry Walker and former Coatesville PD Chief Matthews.
