Health care will become a basic Human Right in the USA, all that is left is his signature

A white President who knew well the indecency and cruelty of Segregation removed that last element of slavery in the United States of America. A black President began the process of removing the fear of getting sick in the United States of America. Both Presidents acted on their conscience and not out of personal or political gain.
