It looks like it is Walker and Lehr vs. union time again.

I believe 3 AFSCME union people were given notice a week ago Friday.

2-codes, 1 finance

Also 2 from parks/recreation were notified as well as the PR person.

I was also told that 2 crossing guards and 3 part time police dispatchers are beings eliminated.

New non-union people stay.

Walker’s staff allegedly advised him not to lay off union workers. I think that Walker and Lehr are thinking of immediate cash flow problems and the election and the city can deal with a lawsuit next year.

And what happened to Coatesville Codes Director Damalier Molina? Did Walker ask for his resignation? Does it have something to do with Ronnie Suber of R&S Remodeling and a Coatesville bar? Is Mr. Molina suing the City of Coatesville?

Remember, the Coatesville Codes Department can be financially neutral for the City. That is if the law is prosecuted. Is there $110,000 owed to the City of Coatesville that was NOT collected from Amrit Lal of RST Properties?

There is an odor near First Avenue in Coatesville and it’s not the sewage treatment plant.
