It’s because Pennsylvania is the second most gerrymandered state in the nation-behind only Georgia. Democrats outnumber Republicans in Pennsylvania by more than 1.2 million voters. But we are held hostage by a small number of ultra-right wing Republican Senators from heavily gerrymandered districts.
