Be very careful how you vote

This is what I said to the Coatesville City Council at the June 22, 2009 meeting:

I was not just saying to be very careful how you vote on the particular issue at hand but any votes that might be controversial. The City of Coatesville administrators can say they were following the directives of the Coatesville City Council.
