"knowingly misappropriating clients’ trust funds"

Is this the same Leslie Smallwood that made the presentation for her company "Mosaic Development Partners, LLC" at to the Coatesville City Council on Monday, April 27, 2009?

  1. Sounds like a small time version of Bernie Madoff.

  2. Moondancer -it's too bad slander doesn't seem to apply to these blogs. I've researched this as well and it seems odd that "misappropriating $139,000" results in a what the PA site claims was a temporary and voluntary disbarment. Seems like there really isn't isn't enough information here beyond the fact that no criminal or civil charges were even brought. Clearly, there is far more to this story than meets the eye.

Yet - you are willing to publicly - yet anonymously - compare her to Madoff.

One thing certain - your character is clearly wanting.

  3. There was an emergency temporary suspension of Leslie A Smallwood on June 14, 2001 and a permanent disbarment of Leslie A Smallwood, AKA, Leslie Smallwood-Lewis, AKA Leslie Smallwood Robinson, AKA Leslie Robinson
    on June 13, 2002.

Smallwood's co-council in the involved case was Michael T Whitlow who had an office in Coatesville until he passed away. Several people involved in the City of Coatesville government frequented Whitlow's office when Whitlow was living and can still be found there.
